This taco bell sucks!!Went thru the drive thru waited in line for an hour only waited that long cause all other places were closed, got up to the window and nobody was there all the lights were on but nobody came to the window.I don't know what they were doing but everybody behind me left cause nobody would wait on us so I will never go there again I don't care if it's the only place open I will starve!!
When I arrived there were no employees up front to take orders and I had to wait for an employee working the food line to come forward. More than half of the tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down. The only reason it got 3 rather than 1 star was the employee that did come forward was very professional, polite, and apologized for the wait.
Working at Taco Bell isn't great...I know that. I managed several Taco Bell locations in Central Ohio....but Stringtown Rd used to be the absolute best location....employees come and go, sure...and a lot of people these days just don't care about working hard....but I honestly avoid this location. My last visit was the wrong order and this was my 3rd time trying to order since the Nacho fries came back but they've been out everytime....this time they had them and I even waited for several minutes for what I thought was going to be fresh food....when the window opened again it was a short, overweight young lady who literally threw the food into my car and did "Hav a niii" before slamming the window. Mind you...when I pulled in the drive thru there were no other cars....fine. I can handle rudeness....buy the fries were only a third the way full and the cheese cup had maybe half a pump of cheese....and nothing about it was fresh....it's just upsetting that they used to be so good and now they're rude and give terrible service and old/cold food that should be thrown out in the dumpster vs serving it to anyone looks like I'll have to drive to Parnell instead.
My food was fresh but lacking on the sour cream. They gave me a hot diet Pepsi with no ice and charged me $2.19 for without telling me that the ice machine was broken. I'm a diet coke drinker I can only stomach diet Pepsi if it has ice...However I called the store manager and he offered to replace my order at a later date for free so that was nice of him.
Everytime I go to this location the nachos are drowning in salt. I love salt but they literally taste like I have eating only salt. The past few times I couldn't even eat them and ended up throwing them away. The last time I went here I asked if there was a way I could get no salt on my nachos. The employees acted as if I asked her to cut off a limb. She treated me as if I was an inconvenience and said that it would take 3-5 min. I said that was fine and told her I would park if it would be easier. She gave me my bag and I left. When I got home I took a bite, low and behold, they were horrible. Every other bite was covered in salt. It was like they mixed new and old chips together. That was the last straw. I will never go to the Stringtown location again.
Ordered 4 hard tacos and the only thing that was inside my shell was literally cheese and maybe a crumble of beef. LITERALLY ONLY CHEESE. This locations management and employees are lazy and low lives. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely pathetic people.
I had the best Taco Bell experience ever here.Binge ate a few meals before knowing I had an undiagnosed condition that makes my body produce too much insulin when I eat.Was driving around with a girl I just started dating. Cops pull us over. I'm suffering from extremely low blood sugar. Failed all road side DUI tests. Passes breathalyzer.Cops ask my girlfriend if she can have somebody take my car home. I told the cop Bro...I just met this girl if she has to call her dad because her date just got arrested for a DUI that'll make me look horrible.He let me go.Thanks taco bell for one of the most memorable first dates.
Went through at 11:50 pm. I told them no rice on in my power bowl and double steak on my order. They didnt include the beans, also left the rice and beans out on my girlfriends food and gave her steak instead of chicken. No napkins! They are high and giggling. Dont go there. Very disrespectful
This is the chicken quesadilla I ordered for $8 and only got a few pieces of chicken and un melted cheese I just think this is ridiculous.
Went to the Stringtown Rd in Grove City, OH location, wanted to try the Grilled Cheese burrito. Placed my order for 2 of the seasoned beef ones, only to be told "we can make it, but we are out of rice for the next hour". I said that would be fine. After a few minutes, I was asked if I still wanted the order, I replied that I did. When I got to the window the lady took my card without saying anything, when I got my card back with the receipt, I looked at it to see I was only charged for 1 burrito and that was exactly what I got. As I needed to get back to the office I eid not say anything then, but I doubt I will go back to this location.
