Super fast and the food here was fresh and neatly prepared. The drive-thru experience could have been a bit friendlier, and I didn't get any napkins, utensils or hot sauce. But overall I'd still give it a four star rating because the food was that good.
1 star.. I pulled up and whoever was taking my order was terrible at putting in my order he missed everything I said! And when I would ask if he got that he would not even reply … bad customer service I just left. need trainer employees to order and with good customer service.. not people who don’t even care
Large breakfast steak burrito. Oh my, with breakfast salsa. This is the best think Taco Bell cane out with since pinto beans & rice and a Bell Burger. I really miss those.
Don't eat here they over charged me it cost me 23.00 for 4 tacos late at night I know that money went in someone's pockets. I also went through the drive thru one other night and waited 30 minutes when I got up to the speaker nobody would answer me so I pulled up to the window and I didn't see anyone in there that was 11pm they served the cars in front of me but not me and the 4 cars behind me I pulled out I saw a car behind me pull out too.
We went through the drive thru. Two employees at drive thru window spent time talking to each other and not paying attention. Got the wrong food and they never spoke..told us amount..gave us back our credit card. Stood there and talked and then handed us food and said nothing more. Had to go in to correct the issue and that took even longer.
It's a roll of the dice. This location has been precise and accurate with fresh food. This last time, I was told I had nachos even after returning the bag for inspection. I got home, no nachos, among other things.
Poorly made items, toasted cheesy, sausage burritos, had very little on them, the crunch wrap was smaller, my husband ordered a pop, didn't receive, the coffee was burnt. The only good thing was the cinnamon delights
30+ min in drive thru with kids dead set on tacos. Quality of food was decent and the one male drive thru attendant was nice but literally everything else was a disaster. New girl taking orders who was nice but obviously not accurate. Order wasn't accurate to receipt and again 30+ min total time.
This tacobell has gone downhill the few months they have been open.Every order I have gotten has been messed up in one way another.I got a baja blast fountan drink. They didn't fill it full and the mix is off taste like soda water.Normally they mess up the order. Either giveing me the wrong items or forgetting an item or even charging me for another order that I didn't order.The baja blast kinda upset me the most today I realllllly wanted one today. I will probably start to go to the other one until the staff gets their act together.Also walking away from the window to chat to aomeone clocking in/out whand chexk your ohone is not good customer service.
3 times now I've been to this taco bell and nobody took my order in the drive thru!!! This time I pulled up to the window after waiting in line and at the speaker for 20mins and the workers ignored me for 10mins. So counting the time I wasted in line at the drive thru and waiting at the window adds up to me never coming to this taco bell again!!!GET IT TOGETHER TACO BELL ITS NOT THAT HARD TO DO YOUR JOB!!!Well just fyi one time was 10:30a.m. and the other two times it was past 9:00 p.m. Also when I pulled up to the window the two employees inside looked out at me and completely ignored me. A simple sign on the door saying your closed next time you dont have enough employees would probably be the way to go!
