My wife and I stopped for breakfast, the food was good and the service was excellent! My issue with the restaurant and this is why I give it two stars are the dividers in the restaurant. They take a light and wide open space and make it dark and give dinners and isolated feeling. We did not like it at all. We will not return until they are removed. There are plenty of restaurants available and when we eat out we go for the experience as well as the food. The experience in this restaurant is awful!
I placed an order for takeout over the phone. The woman who took my order was very friendly and the food (which was decent) was ready in 10 minutes. My only complaint is my experience when I got there. I walked in and there were about 5 young girls working there, all hovering around the host stand. I approached and said I was there to pick up and stated my name. I got blank stares, like none of them knew what was going on. So they scattered and I waited there, just scrolling on my phone. A different girl approached and asked if I needed something. I told her about my order and she just kind of said "uhhhh"... looking confused. I'm awkwardly standing there til finally another girl from the back calls me over to the register, the first person there to confirm knowledge of my order. The whole feeling was just weird, they were all staring and silent. Maybe it was their first job, but they did not give off a friendly vibe.
Staff were great and most helpful. Breakfast was top notch. Definitely will go back and recommend. Just a little over priced...Coffee $3...wth...
It was12:30, Sunday, January 2nd. The place was crowded with people waiting to be seated. I heard someone was told there was an hour wait. Fortunately, I went to their website and checked in early. Our wait time was approximately 20 minutes. Once seated, a waitress quickly came and took our order. The time it took to receive our meals was surprisingly fast. The food was good but typical of such establishments, same can be said of the prices.
Waiter and Waitresses always kind and attentive. Food always good. Wish they would and more selections to menu.
Good food, pleasant homey atmosphere, and attentive servers. Easily accessed from I-71 and plenty of parking. The house hot sauce was very good. Give that a try along with their meat lovers breakfast.
Excellent! My son is on crutches from an accident. They we do accommodating. All of the stuff were so nice! Also, my son got sausage gravy and biscuits... He said he'd be back anytime. Which says a lot! He's very picky! I got the strudel berry pancakes! Fantastic.. they're so big. You get 2. I'd be okay with just 1. But, I shared with my son. He also loved them. We give them a 10 out of 10. Drinks were refilled in a timely manner and we were offered to go cups. We will be back when we are in the area!!
Food was hot and really good. They had a lot of helpers where high school students were working hard clearing tables.I just knocked a star as we were seated and no one came to take our order for a long time. Others were seated in other server sections that got their order in before we even got our drinks. It seems our server was on a break.
We love this place, wait staff is great even when it’s busy!
Delicious food as always. Love those pumpkin pancakes! Wonderful wait staff.
