Follow me for more good eats!I loved the changes at Steak and Shake! They dumped the slow cranky servers and you order on a touch screen and they call your number when the food is ready. It's all very hands off for the staff now. They just focus on cooking and getting the orders out.Our burgers came out hot, fresh, fast and delicious.The only issue is that our shakes came out AFTER we were done with our burgers. Plus the shakes were in glasses and not take out cups. So we had to sit there while we finished the shakes.
Wow...talk about a horrible experience! Never coming back to steak and shake in Grove City. Now order from kiosk for dine in...can't even get order right after 4 times! Seriously? Been 32 min and we finally received chocolate milk in a friggin bottle. 34 min and still waiting on a coffee? These people are incompetent. Avoid this place...
Worst experience fast food ever. I go there I notice the doors are closed because it’s just for online and delivery drivers only. I go through the drive through and nothing. Okay maybe there busy it’s 11pm so probably not? Also I double check to make sure it’s not closed. Dousnt say they are. So by me waiting 4 minuets and nothing I leave still hungry and looking for food. Such a disappointment as I’m always up for a good steak and shake meal. But clearly the night crew here dousnt want to make money and just stay around doing nothing.
They change their straws to cardboard for the milkshake and that was a stupid move it might be cheaper or they might not be able to get the plastic but when they give you the cardboard straw all you taste is the cardboard when you're trying to enjoy their milkshake
Arrive at 11:37 pm after driving out of my way to have steak and shake then sat at the drive Thur for 7 mins and after no one answered me pulled around to the window and was told they were closed??? I would Suggest starting your closing procedures should be done after the store is supposed to be closed or change the time so that people don’t waste a trip coming to a store that’s close when they shouldn’t be
Waiting in drive through for 20 mins til the person infrint pf me leaves so i pull up no one answers so i go to the window still noone comes. So i go inside and they said there closed!! FRIST off theres no reason to be closed i seen 4-5 people working inside. Says you guys Aren’t supposed to close till 12 AM.I told them theres a LINE of cars waiting in thr drive through. Least someone could of been paying attention
I went to the drive thru and the people who work there saw us and they ignore us and scream at the window and didn’t take my order AT ALL!! Worst costumer service and workers ?? People who don’t want to work should stay at their house
Very different since opening their dining area. I would like to be served, you have to do ed everything yourself. Size of food is all smaller. Not real hapoy
Myself and 3 kids ate there yesterday and have been in the bathroom since! All I ate was a Steak burger so their meat has to be rotten!! Not properly chilled or something!!
I love Steak and Shake! I've never been disappointed if any of the food or the drinks and the milkshakes are out of this world!
