The best Starbucks I’ve been too! I come in often and never have a problem with this place. Taylor is one of my favorite employees, she’s very respectful and works hard. Always makes my coffee just the way I like it. Very efficient and fast. Makes my mornings 10x better!!!
Was fully not acknowledged by Tracie who was wearing her mask below her nose while making drinks ... was finally acknowledged by Taylor who had ran off for a while before acknowledging me who work her mask on her chin the whole time she was making my drink.... Um WHATS THE POINT?
You only have one person working at this place and they can't even make a simple drink right. I won't be going back to this one.
Tyler was preparing drinks with no gloves (ok, hands can be washed) and mask dangling on her shirt (against Starbucks policy and all current recommendations). When I commented the facemask works better when on the face, she went on a rant about how much she was doing back there and ended with how my beverage is non essential. I decided it truly was not essential and asked for a refund. She continued to rant, refused to put the credit back on my card or give me a proper receipt, gave me cash and went straight back to preparing the next drink
For a non coffee drinker this a whole new world . Fun experience
