I love Sonic for an occasional milkshake and route 44 waters with flavors. We stopped by tonight on the way back from a road trip. 1 water, 3 mini milkshakes, and 1 plain beef hot dog. We waited at least 10 minutes at the window until we see someone making the milkshakes (the person at the window just left…) & then she starts pouring milkshakes out - it looks like the machines not working. Now it’s been 15 minutes, and we don’t want anything anymore. Try to holler for help but no one’s listening. Management comes out and didn’t even apologize and acted like she was doing us a favor. Learn how to run a fast food place. I understand it can be hard but communicate with customers. You just lost us, and then five people behind us left too because they got upset because of wait times. Come on guys.
5 cars ahead of me. I was asked to wait. No worries. I waited. 10 min later, as last car leaves parking lot- no one. I waited 5 more min. No one. As I pulled through parking lot, no one in drive through, no customers at walk up and no one being setved in parked spots bc they don't do that anymore.They just left me to sit at speaker.I've given a good review before bc the service, while slow, was exceptional.Today, there was zero service.
Long line in drive thru lane but was fast service was in and out of drive thru within 5 minutes
Everything usually comes out as the right order (like one time out of many it didn't), so that I really great! They also don't hold back with flavoring their drinks like they are advertised, as I always get slushier with my loaded burger and love places where you can get cheese and/or chili on tots or fries (that are crispier because they're cut with a smaller thickness). Only draw back, sometimes this location is unavailable for delivery and sometimes it is. They'd get a couple more dollars out of me if it was open for delivery more often. Will keep going!!
I ate here 12/12 at 6pm, and had symptoms of food poisoning begin at 6am the next day. It is now after 9pm on 12/13 and the symptoms persist. Sonic was my only cooked meal yesterday- bacon burger toaster, chili tots and a peanut butter shake. So disappointing.
We stopped to get a couple of hot dogs and some cheesey tots. The Hot Dogs had an off color to them and the tots were cold and they put American cheese on the tots and put them in the microwave. This place is terrible. So needless to say I gave them my money and the trash can got my food. I used to love coming to Sonic but never again.
Heed all recent reviews, this place is terrible now. If the food you’re serving is so cold that the cheese inside my breakfast burrito didn’t melt it’s probably not safe to eat.
Mobile app never works for this location. Commercials all advertised 1/2 off happy hour when using the app. How does that work when they won't accept their own app?
If I could give less than 1 star I would, absolutely the saddest Sonic I have ever been to.First, all but 5 parking stalls labeled as ‘parking only’ with no way to order, just wires hanging everywhere - if you pull into one of those 5 you’re met with a handwritten note in black sharpie telling you to go around to the drive thru if you want to order. Do that and your met yet again with a handwritten note that they only accept cash. Finally get to pickup window and it’s abundantly clear this man doesn’t not feel anything but annoyed that we are there.We stayed in a nearby hotel for a week and never ever saw the lights on in the signage, the lot itself or any of the stalls just in the restaurant building.
Experience was fantastic there was four vehicles in line the second vehicle back paid for the third vehicle the third vehicle paid for mine which I did not ask for that but that was nice that the person did it this is like the third time that's happened at Sonic I enjoyed food I enjoyed drink keep up the good work.
