I love Roosters but avoid this location! Always incredibly busy. Hostesses aren’t as friendly as at other locations. Did a carry out order and they forgot my sauces on the side, which I only realized after driving the 15 minutes home. Spoke with a manager and told her I was returning to get the sauces. She had them ready for me but offered no discounts or anything for their mistake. Go to any other Roosters location if at all possible!
Wait staff is courteous, fast and accurate. I got the 10 traditional wings and they were delicious. I got the Nashville Hot Dry Rub which of itself is good but, what's really good here is the chicken that they use and the skill of whoever prepared it. My chicken was tender, JUICY and steaming hot when it arrived to my table. It was delicious. Definitely would recommend this particular location over other Roosters I've been to.
Been to about four different Roosters in the Columbus area. This one held up the great reputation. Fun. Great wings. Good drafts. Nice waitresses too.
This place is fine. Food was good, though I might not get the chicken pizza next time, I'll stick to the wings. Beer was very reasonable priced.
Oh how disappointing. Ginormous wings battered in heavy batter that was crunchy. The flavor of the wings is 100% dependent upon the how much the cooks pours or not pours. I had the Asian sauce which really was a syrup concoction. Not a memorable moment for this trip. The irony is, the place packed, limited seating.
A fun, relaxed atmosphere. The service is very good, and the wings are great! I live locally and this restaurant is very popular and often very busy!
Food is delicious but why have large sauce options if you won’t add more sauce??? I paid extra for a large ranch just to open it and it’s only half filled. Not enough for 10 wings. So annoyed.
Didnt get order correct, wrong sauce on wings. Half salad, was lettuce and 1 chicken finger. It was busy but not worth the wait.
Good prices. Good food. Good service. The place does get busy, especially around sports events.
We stopped in for dinner on Tuesday and the place was full. Had to wait 15 minutes but it was worth the wait. Plus there was a lot of take out. Our server was very nice and even though it was busy she briefly talked with us. Even brought me a couple of draft beer samples for me to try before I ordered one. We ordered their 1/2 pound burger, buffalo cauliflower and a chicken wrap. Everything was very good. We see why it is a local favourite, would be ours if we lived here. 4.5 rating
