We waited for almost an hour after being told a 30 min wait time. There was only 1 waitress working. Why you would open a big resurant like this one with only 1 server?? She did the best she could with all the tables she had. Why did they discontinue Coke Zero? This was another disappointment. Our appetizer came out before our drinks. Food seemed to come out in a reasonable time, there were a couple mistakes but we didn't want to wait to have them fixed. Overall it was delicious. Our waitress was good, composed and friendly.
Wasn't the cleanest place. Stopped by for a burger, they had plenty of options. Ordered our food and it did not take too long before it was ready. My son's burger was wrong but they did fix it pretty quick. My burger was cooked more well-done than the medium rare I requested, but it was still delicious with everything they had on top of it. The fries were hot and fresh. We did not know until we had finished eating that they were bottomless fries and could have ordered more. The wait staff should tell customers that up front, especially if it's been years since the last visit.
Took friends here from Florida. The service was great, the food was good, but they were out of certain ingredients to make certain drinks. It was freezing where we were seated, which made our hot food get cold really fast. I requested to have the air turned off or down, and the waitress apologized and stated, that they can not control the temperature, that it was controlled by corporate which is in a southern state ?.
We did active menu and picked up. It was done when promised and the burger was good. I like you can order a free fry refill on take out.
Gf bun Banzai burger was great! Bun was the best I have had in a while. I even forgot to take pictures since I ate so fast. Would have been 5 stars if my waitess had returned after food drop off. I finished my meal and paid on the table fob and left with no one noticing. Great food, ok service.
They must be short staffed, not many people there still had a 30 minute wait. However Food came out quickly and was hot.

We went in for a beer at 8:30 pm, even though there was room at the bar and 3 available tables in bar, were told it would be “a long time” before we could sit and have a beer. Maybe if you are going to eat, it would be fine, but don’t expect anything else. First time at any Red Robin and won’t give them time again. Went to O’Charlies next door and we were sent in right to a busy bar for drinks.
My burger was great and my server was good. I was appalled at having to exit the restaurant from the side door, where the sidewalk was covered in snow and ice. I didn't receive any explanation either!
