I'm waiting to hear from corporate I have already contacted them. Both my big Burfords were barley warm and served to me at the perfect temp for food poisoning I'm still hoping not to get sick since I took a bite about half hour ago. The tomatoes on my sandwich were rotten and the mayo was room temp. The sprite I got was just carbonated water obviously the flavor packet needed changed. Don't eat here it's not safe.
Gave me the completely wrong order, when ordering on doordash. Drove to the store to ask for my missing items and correct size orders and was refused service bc they were closing 30 minutes earlier than they were supposed to and they told me i would have to request a replacement on doordash and get my correct food in the morning. pretty upsetting considering they're the ones that messed my food up and now i dont get to eat my 50 dollars worth of food tonight... disappointing service.
Horribly rude staff at drive thru. No acknowledgement after order was placed and no greeting when I pulled up to window. When the window opened, I said hello but no reply. She just held out her hand. I asked the total and she barely grunted. An actual grunt! Paid, had to check my receipt to make sure it was right and she just shut the window. Never had that experience before this afternoon around 12p.
I came to this location yesterday to try the new fry seasoned chicken tenders. I love Rally's fries so I figured this would definitely be a winner.. wrong. They looked unappetizing and were super skinny. I tried to eat them anyway and boy what a mistake! Hard as a rock, the chicken inside was hard and a really bizarre orange color... I also asked for (and paid for) 2 cups of cheese sauce. Both cups had a miniscule amount of cheese in them, maybe 1/4 full. The whole experience was very disappointing!!
Why do these idiots still have their lobby locked? Have lived in the apartments behind this place for years, and used to come here quite often. The quality of food though has always been poor, and the order is almost always wrong. The only time it's good is when the main manager is working there. Rarely come to this location anymore because of it. The fries used to be abysmal, but I think they overheard me one day complaining about them and at least turned that around. Rally's was my favorite fast food as a kid, and this place ruined that for me. Main manager is a cool dude, but the quality of his staff is less than appreciated. Would be nice to see this place turn around, but I don't have my hopes up for them anymore.
I work around the corner from this rallys and i kid you not every night i come to work and i work 6 days a week this rallys is closed or the workers there tell me there computer is down it says they dint close till 1:00 am and im there trying to order no later then 11:30 and there never open during these hours wendys is my go to now

The fries were soft and undercooked, chicken bites tasted old. The burger was pretty good and so was the strawberry ice cream.
Just had the worst meal of my life. Apparently if you order from here on Doordash it's cool for them to only give you half an order of fries or a burger that's lukewarm. Absolutely DISGUSTING and will never eat here again.
