The store is under new management. The space was clean when you walked in and we were greeted promptly. We received everything we ordered without a long wait. All of our items were hot and fresh. No complaints.
This place are horrific and sad... I don't even know how they even keep it in business. Every time I goes there around 630pm the service are horrible. They would literally stopped taking orders on purpose at the Drive through. I went to the to see what was going on the manager and her staff was just chatting, laughing and horse playing. The girl in the stood there as I looked at her through the window, playing with her nails and phone. If you are the owner of this location please contact me. The manager on duty on 6/30/2022 is literally causing this inconvenience on purpose to destroy this store location. I was in the Drive through st 635pm on 6/30/22
Disappointed in my buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. Staff was great. Drive thru quick. Buffalo ranch sauce very flavorful, bun & pickle fresh. However, the chicken was awful. Breading had a slight burnt taste and the chicken was hard, rubbery and “crunchy”. Threw it out. Lastly, not a sandwich to eat while driving. Had sauce all over my hands, shirt, shorts & my seat. Quality was lacking tonight.
Missing sides half order of food old crumbling chicken ...chicken cold I'm so disappointed
The place is iffy at best. At first, I would get chicken sandwiches cooked even, but even the cashiers mess up a simple order of a Chicken Sandwich and Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I had to address it at the drive-thru window. They got it addressed but the dude looked like he was stoned. I have ordered a few times after and the chicken sandwiches aren't cooked even or almost taste frozen...
This place sucked. Messed up the orders, shorted my husband's order. The chicken was dry and the mac & cheese was gross. We both ordered combo meals and had to extra since one was supposed to have mac & cheese. The worst meal I have had in a long time. Expensive for bad food.
I ordered a 17 piece meal, for $33.95 on drive thru menu. They charge me $46.99 for meal. When asked about the discrepancy, the employee responded, "yeah, I don't know why they haven't changed that price". Then they told me it would be 30 min for the meal. And they don't have macaroni. I've now been waiting over 20 min., while I watch the guy next to me, whose been waiting longer than me, go pound on the door til someone came out...he's still waiting....kinda seems like not only should I not have paid more, but I should have received a discount for the long wait, doesn't it?
After multiple visits of something bad happening, this last time was the final straw they are always closed. Sometimes inside isn’t even open, always rude you can bet on that! I tried to get 5 chicken sandwiches and was told it was a 20 min wait while there Id nobody in the parking lot or drive thru. You just opened and are already down to a 3 star rating, I wonder why?
Walked in the door and they were blasting mumble rap from a Bluetooth speaker at the front counter. Order was wrong, tried to call them back to see if they had the rest of what I ordered but they haven’t answered the phone. Probably because the music was too loud. Would suggest caines over this disaster of bad management and over bad experience of a dinner option.
No line, which is the only reason I chose this place. I was so pleasantly surprised— the staff was very friendly, service was very fast. Food was hot and fresh! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and I’d never had it before (at Popeyes). It was hot and fresh, and I needed the spiciness to clear my throat and sinuses. Flavor good, spiciness good, service excellent!
