Saturday night had my order in record time! ?Extremely Happy...???? not to mention it was ?? delicious..Way to go..
Nice crispy traditional wings today, also enjoyed the breadsticks, and a stuff crust BBQ pizza. Was a pleasant visit.
Are pizza was Luke warm chicken was not cooked right it seem like they cooked the chicken and let it sit out ,we understand that getting working are hard.please don’t make the food and let it set out make the food before you deliver it just call The customers and tell them that it will be a little longer people will understand they rather wait a little bit longer than have cold nasty food.when Pizza Hut food it hot and cooked right it really good.Please try to correct the mistakes ASAP.
(update) I mistaken this location for the South Hamilton location so my apologies. This location is awesome, hot food and it always looks great. Your Manager Brent is an amazing person and truly cares for his customers. Also very polite.
When I ordered, it was 6:17pm delivery said approx 45 to 55 min. It was almost double that time before food arrived around 8pm. I understand the labor issues at this time but if they they would have said that long of a wait I can understand, hungry kids dont like to wait! Lol! My son wanted to try the french fries. By the time food arrived pizza was luke warm, fries tasted like they had been sitting around, overall not so good.
My order was ready within the estimated time. My order was correct, hot and fresh and perfectly cooked and it was delicious.

Pizza was great, as usual. I really like this location. Staff are consistently friendly and customer oriented, even when multi tasking.
We were disappointed that the ha d tossed pizzas meat lovers and cheese were not up to pizza Hut standards we are used to. Ordered 7:15 delivery scheduled for 9:53. I called at 8:00 to see if we could pick up..pizza had already been cooked and sitting in boxes. Tasted like the box. Our pizzas would have been waiting for delivery for 2 hrs. Very dissatisfied.
