" Grove City store is amazing. They ran out of Alfredo sauce, which is fine it's a risk ordering so late in the evening. The store called to confirm another sauce would be ok. Gentleman was super nice and apologetic. Way to go above and beyond with customer service. "
We were there today and they were SO busy. A great problem to have!! We waited and when it was our turn to order, Sid treated us like we were the only people in the room. He had such positive energy and a big smile on his face. We will definitely be back!!
First off i never write reviews that often or provide feedback to an establishment but this place is Absolute garbage. waited 15 minutes for a to go order that was supposed to be done at 8:30. staff never asked while i was standing at the counter if i needed anything. allowed off the clock co worker in street clothes behind the counter multiple times to have engaging lengthy conversations while never helping other patrons. Allowing patrons to enter the establishment with nerf guns and allow them to make fools of themselves. This is not how an establishment should operate
I just started working in the Grove City area and today I went to this location for the first time. The staff was exceptionally kind! I knew I loved the food before I even went in, but the staff at this location just made the experience very nice. 10/10 service! I already got started on eating while writing this… oops
I never leave reviews on here, but this location is one of the worst places to get food from. I have ordered food through their app a few times over the past year. And 80% of the time they have either messed up my order or not given me items. The most recent order I had none of the pasta bowls I ordered had meat in them (which you pay extra for). After this last time I’m not going to be getting Piada from this location for a long time.
I ordered a bowl with double steak for the specific reason of taking it for lunch the next day. lo and behold I take it out at lunch warm it up and open it to fine not a single piece of meat! I'm beyond pissed.

Poor service had to correct the staff making my order 6 times. Music was so loud it was like ordering drinks at a club. Definitely needs better store management.
I just wanted to say how grateful I am. I didn't realize until last minute no one had ordered food for a meeting at our office so I called and asked if they would be able to have our order done in half an hour. I had my doubts when they said yes to a $200 order but when I arrived everything was packaged and ready to go.
Bowl portions I received through online ordering were very small compared to normal. I come every week and the bowl i received was not even 1/4 of the way filled. For the price you pay for a bowl it should be more filled.
