Had an online order pickup scheduled for 12:30. Arrived and was asked to sit in the parking lot. Waited for 35 mins AFTER my order was supposed to be ready. They asked me to change my order because they were out of chicken or it wasn't ready? Eventually and just settled for what WAS ready as I spent most of my lunch sitting in the parking lot. I don't know what sucked more, the 35 min wait, or the bland, mediocre food I eventually left with.
It was the WORST meal we've had at the Grove City Panda Express. The fried rice was WAY TOO salty, we didn't get our teriyaki sauce or the fortune cookies.
They forget the Teriyaki sauce almost every damn time I order the teriyaki chicken and it’s getting quite annoying. I even made sure to remind them about the sauce this time and THEY STILL FORGOT IT.
I was there today and was waiting in line. They took someone’s order but when I pulled up it said they was closed and we should come back at normal hours. There was two more cars behind me and it said the same thing. But after I was leaving they took someone else’s order. I was very up set I’m sure the two other cars who was behind me as well. There taking every other car or two cars. Take one cars order then skip two then take the next persons and to me that’s not fair and it’s wrong. I had to find somewhere else to eat and I love coming here.
Just a long wait in drive thru, but after giving order it was really fast. Food was good.
This location deserves a higher rating for sure. Food was hot and tasty, as well as great portion sizes. We pulled into the drive thru about 8 cars back and were content with the potential of having to wait 15-20 minutes, but we were on the road again in 5 minutes give or take, so it was definitely quick service.
Drive thru line was fast and my food was delicious ?? and hot!! Great customer service as always
Didn't like the drive thru experience. Shorted me on orange chicken and honey sesame chicken. I like it when I can walk in and order and make sure they give me a reasonable amount.
Everytime I come to this location on Springtown Rd they always have a limited menu and I never can get what I want. Looks like this is a location I will never go to again!
