My family went to Olive Garden since we were craving Italian. We called ahead and there was not a wait. We were immediately sit down when entering. All good up till now. Age taking our seat we waited 10 mins and no one came to our table. We noticed another family who came after us already being served their drinks. We decided to leave and we told the front desk that we were leaving because no one came to our table. The girls up front shrugged. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. I spoke with Alex and he told me the front desk informed him we left and why. He went on to tell me a waitress who was supposed to be serving us had an upset customer who was rude with her and she was in the restroom crying. He tried to stop out to catch us but we were gone by then. He said if we came back he would sit us immediately and get a server to our table. I told him we were already somewhere else. He said he understood and was very sorry about the situation. That is good customer service, which I appreciate. He said he is also trying to work on the front desk staff to improve their customer service. The manager's name is Alex.
Birthday lunch for the gal.I did the soup,salad,and bread sticks. Delicious as always.
Ended up walking out and not eating because staff said they weren’t sure if the kitchen was closed or not at 9pm. From the start it was an awkward, uninviting experience…the employees watched us approach the entrance then hid in the booth ? and were so irritated with our presence. So we decided to spend our money with a business that wanted it instead and man was it a blessing in disguise!!! We had the BEST time at the WAFFLE HOUSE down the street! The staff at Waffle House was amazing and our bill was overall cheaper than what we would have spent at OG. For your next date night, go down the street to Waffle House. ?? (No, I would not like to email Olive Garden guest services about my experience)
Late lunch — great server, she was friendly, attentive, and helpful with the table paying device. The food was fresh— salad cold, crunchy, not swimming in dressing, just right. Lunch pasta items were fresh, hot, veg not over cooked, not over or under sauced. We all were satisfied with service and food.
Food was very good we were a group of about 25 and all our food was ready basically the same time, and the right temperature. It was not cold. They kept bread sticks on the tables and everyone's glasses filled they did a great job
Every time I call ahead (I live 30min away) they have given me a time of about 30-40 min so I ask to put my name in and when I get there they tell me it's going to be another hour! It's ridiculous! I'm very disappointed in the person who is in charge of seating. The wait staff and bar are always great but the kitchen time and front of house suck! The food has always been great it just takes a lifetime to get there.
Very disappointing- waitress handled her tip money at our table before taking our drink order. We received our salad and breadsticks in a good time. 30 minutes later waitress tells us done one else got our food and it was in fast track - should have in 4 minutes. 25 minutes later she comes back to apologize again, it’s on fast track. After waiting virtually an hour with no food we walked out- still obviously hungry. WOW!! What a terrible experience.
Short wait during a busy dinner time. Food came out fast and hot. Staff was very friendly and our waitress was very nice and helpful. I would recommend visiting this Olive Garden.
The wait for a table was a little long, but I expected that. That being said, our server was wonderful and sweet the whole night and everything was tasty- I definitely recommend the green apple sangria and the island rum punch for drinks
Was there for a total of almost three hours. It took 45 minutes for the waitress to bring our drinks. Another 30 minutes for bread sticks. By the time our food came out, the noodles were dry and hardened around the rim of the plate from how long it had sat under the warmer before the waitress went and got it. Then everyone at our table had empty drinks. Had to track down another waitress just for a refill. This is the second TERRIBLE experience I have had here and will not be coming back. No one wants to pay 100+ dollars for dinner that is absolutely horrible.
