Even though we got there about an hour to an hour and a half before they closed, they were more than happy to serve us and never rushed us to hurry and eat so they could finish and go home, these days that’s almost impossible to find. The food was excellent and prices were reasonable. Grant was our server and he was awesome! He was fast, very friendly, and probably one of the best servers I’ve ever had anywhere before. He is definitely a great asset to this restaurant and I’d say a raise wouldn’t hurt, and would be well deserved! Thanks again Grant!
Our waiter Shawn was so nice and polite. He didn't mind us asking questions. And he made are to check on us. Also made extra sure the food came out okay. He also helped us box our stuff and told us if we waited we could have extra roles to take. I highly recommend this place. The food is spectacular and the drinks are also great. If you have been their when they had bad food take that out of account because they redid the menu and it is great. I really enjoyed my experience and I think you will too. I also really recommend the salmon it was cooked to perfection and the strawberry lemonade was perfect.
I would not recommend getting an order to go or ordering on a delivery app. I asked for both my steak and salmon to be Cajun, only salmon was. Also the steak and salmon were in the same foil container so now salmon tastes like the steak. I also asked for extra lemon for salmon and got none whatsoever. Got one barely half full butter for potatoes and 4 pieces of bread. Maybe you can eat in, but this is not the first time they have gotten to go order incorrect. proceed with caution!
Food was outstanding but service was lacking. Got seated in the bar area and our waitress didn't seem overly in the mood to do anything. The other bartender and her daughter were back and forth with personal nonsense literally at the table next to us. The manager kept coming over to try and get her back to work and she would be back in 2 minutes whining and complaining about work. So unprofessional and annoying.
Excellent service and they were very busy. Food was served very fast. Cam was an excellent server and food was delicious. Refills on drinks were quick. A+++
Going to O'charleys in Grove City, OH has ALWAYS been an evening of fun and great food with family and friends...AND with our servers! Tonight was a very wonderful experience meeting friends for dinner AND having Grant as our server! He was great from the moment we were seated. He was energetic and witty, he was engaging in conversation AND was a top notch server!!! We had a wonderful dinner AND a really great evening. THANKS TO GRANT!
Did the call ahead and we were seated less than 10mins of arrival. Waiter was really nice and was working HARD but was so over sat and the poor guy was running around like a mad man. Food took over an hour to receive and appetizers were over 45mins (all ordered at the same time) even to get rolls was difficult and the food was very meh. They also had a spring menu out but were out of all the options, so I would of just taken out the insert if I was them. We hadn't eaten there in awhile and it'll probably be awhile before we're back
WOW~ what a great surprise!!!! SUPER FAST and courteous service. Our server Liz was FABULOUS!! Our meal was delicious, too. We had potato skins, fried pickles, soup/salad, and the southern chicken salad. Very fresh, hot, and better than we expected.
Service was quick and friendly. Not much wait for our foods either. Catfish was so moist yet crunchy on the outside. The salmon was also moist and delicious. If you like sweet potatoes, try their mashed sweet potatoes. The tortillas soup said spicy but it's really not (unless you can't tolerate black pepper "spicy"). It's one of the best one I've had. Definitely will come back.
This was a family visit having just picked up my daughter and son-in-law. The food was excellent and the service was great. I had the Chopped Steak, my wife had the Louisiana Steak, Daughter had Steak and Chicken Tenders and my son-in-law had the Surf and Turf. Everything was great and everyone was happy. It was a wonderful meal. Our server was fun and very attentive. NO DISAPPOINTMENTS.
