Food is decent but unfortunately they pack everything very wrong. Our order with a sauce or juice is packed in container that leaked all over all our other meals in the bag. I wish it was the first time it happened but that's why I'm leaving a review now bc it just keeps happening. I hate to stop going there but the aggravation of the mess is getting very old.Fix this please.
Food was ready in 10 min. Tasted great. Only complaint is how rude they sound on the phone and are quick to get off the phone for some reason?
Food is usually pretty good. The guy taking money could talk a little more and be more upbeat. The girl before him was.
I'm not one for Chinese but this is one of my husband's favorite Chinese places so today I picked him up Sweet and Sour Chicken and had them add chicken to his fried rice which they were very kind about. The food is always good and decent portions.My 3 stars is because stuck in the lid of my husband's sweet and sour chicken was a hair and the food wasn't taken out of the bag or anything. I don't know how the person packinging it didn't notice it. Hair happens, I work food service but it's still not tolerated well.
I ordered this today and overall it was just okay, I lived in Korea for a bit and y’all should be ashamed of giving old food! Reheating, restoring food that was left over is not okay, I enjoy really good Asian food that’s cheap but knowing y’all could do better and y’all choose not too is sad, disappointed customer, egg rolls were good though. For my Birthday a friend bought me bourbon chicken for dinner. We got the worst food I have ever had. This was our first time ordering from here and only tried it because of a review seen on here. The chicken was hard and dry and the so called sauce was a pure greasey oily mess. Needless to say we had to throw it away. Such a disappointment.

They just make up any price they want then when you ask about they get all nasty. I thought i was in chicago. The ladies behaviour was almost criminal. Eat here at your own risk. Food was c minus at best. Tasted like old buffet food. I would never come back.
Food has always been pretty good, but the young guy that answers the phone and works the cash register is rude and acts like you're inconveniencing him by placing an order. He mumbles and is difficult to understand. Get him off the phones before he drives away customers!
