Don't even waste your money I spent $20 here the other day to get my wife and kids some food by the time I got home 6 minutes later it was uneatable the food look like it was set out for hours before getting to us.Went back a couple days later with my receipt after speaking with the manager on the phone, when I arrived not only was the Mexican guy rude but got our order wrong and the food was still not fresh after me telling him I would wait for fresh food! I'm not loving it and won't be back to this McDonald's for anything!! Hire some Americans and increase training! y'all are serving horrible unfresh food!
My family went to the McDonald's for breakfast. My husband ordered off of the kias machine and it did not give a review. Then he stands at the pick up area for 45 minutes waiting for the food. The whole time the workers were skipping him and giving other people our order. We tried to get our refund and the manager that is there today May 8 and the morning shift refused to do the refund and also the food. We had other customers to say that he was waiting for his food. If I was the head manager for there I would be sending back everyone to school to learn in manners and how to read the machines properly.
I arrived here at 8:21 p.m. this evening and ended up sitting in line until 8:54 p.m. I sat at the ordering speaker forever because the person taking the order took it down wrong and couldn't figure out how to fix it. When I finally got to the window, my food bag was sitting in the window and no one came to the window for about 3 minutes.
ended up paying for the guy in front of me and then they just gave me my order even though i paid more than what my meal was worth. They acted like they didnt do anything wrong and just wanted me out of the line. Theres a mcdonalds Everywhere, go to a different one if you can. They also are really slow to get things done and always have an attitude when you order.
Sorry Ronald but you get *ZERO* stars in my book. 1 is too many! It pains me to say this but Ronald is a liar...his own website claims this location and the two other area locations, 665/London-Groveport Rd and Broadway/Harrisburg Pike, are open as I write this review....they claim to in fact ALWAYS be open aka 24/7....yet not 1 of them are open. What's the story Clown? Aren't you supposed to make people happy? Oily complexion, excess flab and generally lethargic overall...but oily, pudgy, lazy AND HAPPY!?!?! Oh and don't get me started on that "Our shake machine is down right now"...I watched the YouTube video, I'm hip to the backdoor wheels and deals....the probability that all 3 locations shake machines being OUT OF ORDER is safe odds all day/everyday and every bookie from here to Jupiter knows that...but the odds that all 3 locations EVERYTHING would be down is....just, WOW. Strangely enough I almost feel like Old Rondo McDondo is attempting to lure me into a bad, really DARK neighborhood at 3am because hood McDonald's are wide open.....but I'm too smart for that!!! But for real....change your OWN website geniuses....you're not open 24-7 so stop advertising that you are.
Always fast, food is always good, just wish they'd stop raising prices or give you ways to collect points on the app. If you haven't download it or helps... especially when you're addicted to their frappes!
Without a doubt biscuits and gravy meal does not have enough sausage gravy on the meal. Every time I ordered this meal in the past, It's the same. The clown needs to add mooooore gravy. Dah.
A few minutes past 10 p.m. and wasnt able to order anything! Drive thru empty ! Was told only doing app and pick ups from door dash uber etc.I dont have the app , I dont want the app, I will never get the app! So stop trying to push it on me because it isnt happening! I dont use delivery because I can get food myself and I am not paying someone to get it!So you lost a sale , and I am sure many more because of only doing pick ups and app orders. GREAT JOB!
Drive thru had been moving people faster than usual. This mcdonald's still knows how to properly prepare a mcmuffin sandwich. Breakfast hit the spot.
If you're unsatisfied at this branch of McDonald's then don't count on manager to happily correct the problem?. In my experience, the night manager will blame you for her staff's mistakes?. This location doesn't have the same high excellent standards as McDonald's at Broadway & Parlin in Grove City.*** The McDonald's at Broadway is always happy to see you and the food is usually hot & fresh. ❤️
