The girl hanging us out food was I shockingly rude. I tried to call the restaurant but I got no answer. She didn’t say a word to us but continues her conversation and shoved the drinks and bags in our hands and then turned her back when we asked if that was all the bags. Horrible customer service there in general but this was infuriating
This location is NOT open 24 hours a day. I work an early shift and tried to stop by, but the drive thru menus and signage are turned off.
Good for fast food.. I love the Application from the Play store for them.. they have the best deals ever from anyplace
I don’t understand how everytime i come here after 8 you have no ice cream or coffee. You don’t get to clean machine early so you can leave exactly on time you get to close at the time you close and clean and up after your drive thru is down.
Placed an online order, pulled up to a curbside spot. Checked in... easy enough. Yep, No!That option is not available, um okay. So I'll go in.It's only 8:50 ish. Switch to pick up inside, says only open till 9 pm. Yes just in time. Ya, No!All doors locked.Drive through line now out the parking lot.I am so upset at this point it was worth the $12 not to end up going viral for going through the drive thru window!You guys should just do better
Drive thru was packed, walk in was sparse, and you do not realize there is no inside dining for customers until after you have received your food. The drive thru lines block the walk-in customers cars making it near impossible to leave.
The food is mostly fresh and good I also contribute that to this location being always busy..The service is horrible at least two different times I have had very bad service at this location.
Lived in Grove City for 6 years and have NEVER got my order right here. Worst place. They should just make it a Dunkin’ Donuts or something. I’ve given them so many second, third, tenth chances to get things right and they just can’t. Won’t give them any more of my money at this location.
