As a former employee, I have to say it was not the most professional experience. From my bosses smoking pot throughout the day at work, to playing loud and inappropriate rap music, to my head boss ignoring my communications through text whenever I had an issue. It’s not often I have bosses so unprofessional, but when it does happen usually the employee complaining is looked at as the problem. Even more so when the two head bosses are related, creating a conflict of interest. My coworkers themselves were nice, but I’m tired of seeing companies get way with treating employees badly that do not bend over and take it, for lack of a better word.
Not sure who put this pizza together today, But please tell them it was phenomenal. Already looking forward to leftovers.
I have no croutons (last 2 times I ordered) and asked for extra actually. The subs are pitiful. I used to order from here on a regular but something has changed. Delivery was very fast and she was pleasant. If the speedy delivery is to make up for this mess, I would rather wait. This is just sad.Order#910 from Grove City
The delivery driver left our 2 large pizzas and cheesey bread on the front porch!! It sat out there for a half an hour before we called to ask where our food was. I was told it was because of COVID! Are you kidding me with that excuse. At least knock then. Pizza did have a lot of toppings on them. The manager was kind enough to give me a credit. Thank you for that.
Good food, but 2 times we have been there and our orders are missing toppings we paid extra $$ for. Stick with the basics/originals and it great!
Normally we have had great service but not tonight. The delivery guy forgot a part of our order and when we called to complain it got worse. They said they could not find our order in the system, etc. After about 10 minutes they finally found the order and the driver found the rest of our order in the back of the bag. They redelivered the rest of the order but it was the same sub...they offered to reheat but not to replace. And not much of an apology at all. Food is great but this situation will keep us from ordering for awhile. Also they were trying to say it was our fault or the 3rd party driver but we kept telling them that we ordered from their wedsite.
Pizza was great. Ordering was way easy. Pickup was another issue. I didn’t order a side of “f*ck you N-word” at pick up.Buyer beware good food.? racist staff. ?
Very friendly staff. Place smelled and looked clean and well sanitized. Pizza was hot and fresh at a reasonable price.
Husband ordered for us. Delivery was horrible slow and toppings are messy. Guests were gone by the time it finally showed up and it arrived cold. This place is only 5 minutes from us. Really disappointing. 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hour delivery time, ridiculous.
They have the most amazing food ever and the subs ain't over loaded with lettuce and onions and tomatoes it's put only of you ask the subs are well worth the price so is the speciality pizza I believe it's the best pizza and subs in Grove city
