The steak was a bit salty but cooked right. I normally enjoy their seasoning but it might have been heavy handed on this one. The drinks were cold and the beer was fresh. Service was very good as well as the sides. There was no wait to be seated either. My wife's steak was to her liking so she enjoyed her experience.
Waited 20 minutes for a table only to have the assistant Manager seat us at a table 2 feet from the entrance of the restrooms. I told the person we would prefer another table we don't want to eat at the entrance to the restroom. She said that we would have to put are names back on the waiting list. There were 6 empty tables and she was going to put us back on the list. We left and eat at Smokey Bones and will not return to Longhorn.
Grove city location was awesome. The waitress, the food and alcoholic beverage, were absolutely amazing. Me and my bestie,will definitely be returning. For another great experience.
I simply cannot deal with this wait time. This is the second time in a couple of months. They tell me a time and it's double. I'm talking I put my name in and they say an hour wait. I check in an hour and there's 15 ahead of me. It's another hour. If I had been told this up front I could have saved 2 hours out of my day.Addition Edit:Let's add insult to injury. Once I finally got to order, about ten minutes later the server says your appetizer was given to someone else and they put in the order again. Commenced waiting again.Once I have my appetizer, about five minutes later the server returns to inform me that my order was deleted. They asked for my order again. Who knows when I will get my dinner. So I'm waiting again.I'd like to note I don't think this was my server's fault. But their coworkers are terrible. It also took at least ten minutes to get a beer. This seemed strange to me.My $30 steak medium rare tasted like it was burnt. It wasn't burnt, but it had picked up a thick layer of residual charred material from a dirty grill. Sad to ruin a good cut of meat, and my experience.I'm seeing people who checked in after I'd been waiting an hour and 10 minutes already leaving after finishing their meals. It's now 3 hour later and I'm being held hostage unable to leave because I'm waiting to pay.One last thing. Don't call me bro! It is very unprofessional. And playing hippity hop music in a country theme restaurant is terrible.You can't blame everything on covid.
Excellent. We come here about once a month and today was incredible. Our waitress was very sweet and fast, she checked on us just enough and was doing an amazing job. We never had a thirsty moment. Our steaks were the best cooked steaks I’ve ever had. They pulled apart and we’re super tender. We sent compliments to the chef who came out to see us. His name is Hector. He’s incredibly talented. Thanks again for the delicious meal and incredible staff.
Went out to eat and haven't been here in over 5 years and I remember why. Ordered a NY strip medium rare and came out well done, they brought me another steak cooked rare. Was tired of dealing with it because by the time I got it the whole family was finished eating. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because our waitress was pretty good but cook was not. Everything was covered in salt and my kids said the French fries burned their lips. Spent $170 on 4 adults and 4 kids. Rather of went to Texas roadhouse ?
Wonderful staff, excellent food! Small issue with my steak not cooked enough and they took care of it and was brought back by the manager Scott, with the most sincere appreciation for giving them the opportunity to correct it.Landon was an excellent server who did everything right as well.Highly recommend going here.
For my Birthday, I picked Longhorn. Food is always great, my steak is always as i want it. The waitress very attentive, even when there was a large party next to us and caused a longer wait on our food. I watched a couple get seated, ordered, and served before our food was delivered. Being a waitress once, she probably could have gotten a little more help in that situation. But it's my only suggestion. Otherwise, I was very pleased with my visit and made the end of my vacation to Columbus, enjoyable. Ty
Had a nice meal at longhorn steakhouse. Definitely a good value for a steak dinner with - bread, salad, side. The servers were very friendly. The strawberry lemonade delicious. Tender filet. Nice dinner.
Everything we ordered today was perfect. We were very impressed with the quality/ taste of the food and the service. Outstanding
