This place is running down. Not sure why they're open at night. Most nights they don't have chicken or tell you over the speaker that they do not have staff to make chicken. Close the business on the evenings then!
I hate it when I have to give reviews that aren't good but my most recent trip to KFC was just ridiculous. Ordered online for pick up. When I got to the restaurant the doors were locked so I ran through the drive thru. They told me I already picked up the food. I told them I hadn't and after some silence they told me to pull around. They pretty tersely asked me to pull off to the side, I'm assuming to put the order together again.To their credit they got it together pretty quickly, but it wasn't great. The chicken sandwich seemed like it had been under the heat lamp for quite a while. There were no pickles on it and it was petty tough to bite through. A couple pieces of the chicken were the same. There was no gravy on the mashed potatoes and gravy and i don't think there was any sauce on the cole slaw. There wasn't even any that had settled in the bottom of the container.It seems like they were having a really bad day. I hope everything was OK, but the dinner was pretty bad. I kicked in an extra star because they really did get it put together quickly after someone else apparently swiped the one intended for me.
Whoever the bitter old lady that’s currently working is rude as they come. Wouldn’t even let us add a kids meal when we went through the drive threw and no one was behind us that I know of. That’s fine whatever. But being rude is another thing. If you hate your life and job so much it’s probably time to move on. Smh. Definitely didn’t order anything else and went to McDonald’s. No thanks!
Every time I go to this KFC I have to wait for original recipe , it was mine and my husband's wedding anniversary, and we LOVE KFC , But I had to wait 30 minutes in the parking lot with my boxer with my car running , so I could the AC , May 16th is our wedding date we visited on May 15th. I don't think we will ever do that again. And I did say I would wait the 20 minutes. Good Luck .
This place is the worst kfc I've ever been to. Not only do they forget half of your food but they are beyond rude. Doors are closed before the dining room closes too. No clue how they haven't gotten better management yet but they need some.
Must be policy to cheat their customers judging from other comments and my experience. Just bought a 12 piece bucket and it had 11 pieces in it. Not the first time I've been shorted there. Never again.

I don’t expect Suzy sunshine but Debbie downer is a bit much. When we said thank you….. we got “uh huh”. Holy cow no wonder Canes is blowing your doors off. The orders are rarely right at this KFC and the staff needs to at least acknowledge folks. If this location last much longer, I’d be shocked. Ownership better wise up. So sad!

Lol how can a place that sales CHICKEN be out of CHICKEN!!! Iwanted a chicken sandwich at 7pm and couldn't get it. I can't imagine the sandwich being so good they sold out! I think management dropped the ball when ordering their supply
