So this was our first time ordering from this location.. and we will NOT be ordering again we got two xl pizza and two subs the subs were burnt but the pizza so under cooked on the bottom it was mushy and doughy and we have pizza every Friday and there is less than half a pizza even touched in a household of 7 ? I called the manager after my children already ate cereal for dinner and all she offered me on a $56 order was $16 credit ... not even price of 1 of the pizzas I told her she could send someone out to get it or I could bring both pizzas back in the morning she said that's the best she could do... No I don't want a full refund but yes I'd like the pizza portion refunded . Absolutely un satisfied.... would not recommend at all .
I ordered delivery it was 40 minutes late came with the wrong dressing and was cold. The manager argued with me that they just give Italian dressing when none is selected even though I picked French and they brought ranch not Italian. The manager offered to remake my food if I was willing to wait another hour. No I am not done with this.
BE CAUTIOUS I had an order for one sub, a personal veggie pizza, a medium Topper and a large Topper. Prepaid and pretipped. Everything showed up a little early, which was great. The family starts with the smaller stuff first. All was good. Then the box for the large pizza was opened. And this pic is what was found. The missing part was where the family tried to eat it. It was so burnt I could hear the crunching from almost 8 feet away and the look on their face was...well...yikes. I originally wasn't going to call the store because I know the food service industry has struggled. But after much thought, this is almost a $20 pizza I have to trash. Called store. Cameron was polite enough. Offered to remake the pizza. I don't have the time to wait another 45 minutes. She also offered to put a credit on my account. Ok, let's do the credit. She tells me the credit is only for FIVE DOLLARS. That's not okay with me. I don't expect the whole $20, but five bucks? Lessons have been learned. Check EVERYTHING before you accept it. Once you do, you're stuck like a duck. I just moved to Grove City. Guess I'll be looking for pizza places. Gave 2 stars because the rest of the order was good.
Always friendly over the phone and in person,my pizza is tasty and ready in a timely manner, great service at every visit.Exceptional pizza and employees at this location,has been for years??
Food got here very quickly it was hot and fresh and delicious! The sub was a little over toasted but still pretty good.... The pizza was great it seems like they have a lot of unnecessary negative reviews.... 5 stars from me!

I just want say we have always loved joseppis pizza for many years. Tonight we decided to get two Lasagna dinners, breadsticks, and topper salads. Usually don't get that, but let me tell you. It was freaking Delicious. It was also alot of food for the money. It was just for my wife and i, but it could of feed 4 people in my opinion. Going to try the spaghetti and meatballs next time. Thanks Joseppis for an awesome meal.
My first time ever eating at Joseppi’s and it was ok. Mushrooms were obviously canned but don’t understand why they were cold…..kinda felt like they were just thrown on top after pizza was done.
I love their pizza with just the right sauce having its own taste of tang and sweet combined. The salads are fresh, crisp and delicious with hearty portions. Above all, the customer service is top rated serving your food with a smile.
Fast service for pick up, even on a Friday night! Love the Topper pizza and Topper salad! Highly recommend
