Ordered through door dash , Jets forgot to send the bottle of Ranch dressing, called 3 times and was hung up on all three times talked to the M.O.D. Chip and he called me a liar and hung up on me.Had to drive to Grovecity to get my ranch!!I have spent a lot of $$ there but won't order from them again!!!
Jet's Pizza would be my third favorite pizza it's like heaven inside your mouth at all the other good things

Ordered a delivery tonight at 10:18 directly from Jet’s website, 42 minutes before they close at 11. Quotes time was about an hour and twenty minutes which I was okay with, I understand places are short staffed now. However, after paying for the order online and two DoorDash drivers later, the last driver texted me that they had closed the store. DoorDash sent another driver, because I was unable to cancel it through DoorDash because I didn’t order through them. So, here I am, waited an hour and a half on a pizza I ordered and paid for (I have the confirmation email and order number) only to never receive the order. No one from the store even attempted to contact me to let me know they were unable to complete my order or to ask if I could pick up instead of delivery, they just let me order sit active in the POS system and left. I would have cancelled the order or picked it up instead of waiting an hour and a half for a paid for pizza that was never going to come if someone even bothered to do the minimum effort part of their job and contact me to let me know what was going on.
The pizza looks small, but don't let that fool you, they are delicious and filling.
Ordered at 1015, arrived at 1038, even though I was quoted 1215. Fast, hot and delicious

I had high hopes but unfortunately it was just average pizza. Ordered a New York style pep was like eating grease on a napkin. Hawaiian pizza tasted ok. Sauce had no flavor. Gluten free veggie pizza was the highlight. Tasted very good. Comes in one size and whole pizza was eaten.
The texture of the deep dish pizza, the flavor, and the convenience make this a go to when I want a treat.
I was a dasher and I love how I went in and gave the name and their food was ready no wait time and they were super friendly
