Staff are always friendly and quick to take your order when placing in store. Our favorite is the Big Kahuna Steak Sub. Absolutely delicious! Winning!
We ordered on the app, and showed up a little early for our order. Normally, order is ready well before the quoted time. When we came in, and someone finally came to the counter, another employee yelled to the one who was "helping" me, "Tell her she'll get it when she gets it." There was no one in line, so I asked if I could just get in line and have my order made. The employee rudely said, "Whatever," and grabbed the ticket. Even though she had the order ticket, she asked me what I wanted, so I told her. She then proceeded to put onions on my sub, which had not been on the order. I said, "I'm sorry, that isn't supposed to have onions," to which she responded, "What is your problem? I know how to read the ticket." Apparently she couldn't, otherwise she wouldn't have put onions on it. If I wouldn't have already paid for my order online, I would have told her to just forget it. But I figured that since even getting my sub without onions was such a chore for her, getting a refund would have been next to impossible. After my order was bagged, she threw it to the first rude employee, and said, "Just get her out of here." Besides showing up 5 minutes early for my order (when there were no customers in there anyway), and not wanting onions on my sub, I'm not quite sure what mortal sin I committed. This was the absolute rudest experience I have ever had in many years of getting something to eat. Won't be back. Too many other places in Grove City serve subs where they treat you with at least the minimum amount of courtesy.
I ordered a #8 on the menu. I told her I wanted lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber but no onions. She grabbed a hand full of onion and when I repeated that I don't want any onion she threw all the onion back with bad attitudes. She grabbed all the veggies hand full and slap it on my sub. It was a really big mess when she tries to wrap it up because everything falls out. She was like oh I forgot about your bacon and I said yes the sub suppose to have bacon in it. She pulled and shredded the bacon like she was angry. I also ordered a bag of chips and I ended up throwing the sub and the chips into the trashcan because how horrendous the sub looks. Take a look in your trashcan and see how messed up your food is.
Sadly, disrespect, insults, and poor service from two of the employees on our Sunday visit. 50 min wait for an online order? Got to store early, only 1 customer in line. Our subs were made wrong and with only about half of the meat that is normally on them.
Subs are pretty good. Restaurant is clean and not run down. Prices run on the higher end.
I hadn't been to a Jersey Mike's in years, ever since I was a kid, but I had been meaning to stop by. Ended up stopping in after work one day and wanted to try it. I got a full sized Buffalo Chicken sub. I have to be honest, I didn't know what to expect, but it turned out to be really good. I also grabbed a few of the Stubborn Sodas they had and all three they offered were really good as well. The Buffalo Chicken sub has a little kick to it, but the Bleu cheese really mellows it out into a really good flavor. The rosemary bread was really tasty as well and complimented the topping nicely. The Stubborn sodas, man, those were very tasty. I'll have to head back and get all this all over again.
After a frustrating drive here in the rain, we arrived at 7:50 pm and the staff said that they were closed despite the door and online stating that they would be closing at 9. I would understand if they only had a couple people working, but there were at least 6 and we got there over an hour before close.
Food quality qas awesome...service was less than inspired...
Like the food. Have been there 4 times in past 2 months and 3 out of the 4 times the staff was rude. Will be visiting another location on next trip.
We had these guys do a couple sub boxes for our office holiday party. However, I had completely forgotten to place the order. So I made the order and the manager and those amazing guys and gals behind the counter took care of me within 1 hour. Amazing and the presentation inside the box was wonderful didn't have to do anything. And of course just as yummy as Jersey Mike's subs always are.
