We (party of two) were asked to wait 10 minutes for a table. The restaurant was disgusting, trash and food everywhere including on the seats and floor. It was mostly empty with plenty of open tables but we ended up waiting 30 minutes to be seated. It wasn't until we got up to leave that they offered to seat us. We then waited 10 minutes to get served by a waitress who asked what we wanted without giving us any menus. We waited another 10 minutes for our drinks and my glass was dirty. It was another 30 minutes before we got our appetizer. To top it all off, they seated a large group of people in a booth beside us and expected a handicapped woman to sit at the booth. They asked for the open table on the other side of the restaurant and were told no without any explanation. So the handicapped woman had to use a chair and sit at the end of the booth. We are nowhere near satisfied with our service or the people around us' service. We are beyond disappointed and won't be coming back here.
Barely any customers and still waited without acknowledgment for quite a while to be seated, waited again for order to be taken and again for food(maybe only 2-3 tables occupied at the time total). There appeared to be only one person to serve and run the entire restaurant minus 2 or so cooks. (She was mostly polite but was just doing the bare minimum with no care or urgency.) Can't say I blame her if they expect one person to do everything but definitely made for a horrible dining experience). Food was either terrible or just ok (kids pancakes were raw and tasteless, everything was bland and just mediocre). Don't waste your time or money attempting to go here I rarely write reviews and it takes a lot for me to be upset with food and service but it was honestly terrible.
We went to IHOP on Sunday afternoon, 6 adults 1 child. We waited 20 minutes to be seated. It took quite a while for them to get our order and then another long time we had to wait for our food to arrive. We happen to be seated fairly close to the kitchen where we unfortunately got to hear how the staff was not fond of elderly people. As we could clearly hear them as they also seem to have dropped all the butter. I was glad to see that no butter came out with our food. When our food came it came out in patches the meals weren't complete one of the girls got French toast and a burrito and a burrito came out in like 15 minutes later the French toast came out. it was just not the best experience it could have been better. No one was offered refills and they were not very busy they may have been short-staffed, because we had to wait 20 minutes before we could even be seated with plenty of tables open.
Wow, the place was empty but 2 tables. The woman that seated us was rude. She ended being our server after waiting 20 minutes for our drink order. The food was good, other than that I would not recommend going to that location.
I only gave one star because of the server. I don’t want my review to be misconstrued by giving the server a lot of stars and the restaurant implies that the overall experience is for them. The server was great (she was a new employee). However, I’m not satisfied with the dirty glass with a visible lipstick stain I was expected to use. When I asked for the manager, she looked at my lips like it was my lipstick smh. I put a straw in the glass and wasn’t wearing any lipstick. I informed her that I drank out of the glass. The manager acted like she didn’t see what the problem was. The food was mediocre. The bathroom was disgusting. You would think this location would be clean how empty it was. I’m not revisiting this location again. No wonder it was empty when we arrived.
Ordered the New blue berry protein pancakes. They were under cooked, you could still see the uncooked batter. Also ordered the big steak omelet it was not hot at all. Had to send all my food back. Also the hostess wasn't at the host stand she was outside smoking on and off I had to wait to be seated in a empty restaurant
My family and I ordered from I Hop on Christmas day. We did this so my daughter didn't have to cook since she had to work that night. I ordered my food online then went to pick up our meal. I was told my order would be ready in 40 mins. When I arrived at the restaurant I called the number I was given to have my curbside brought out. I waited 30 mins but no one came out. Once I went into the store I asked about my order, I was told they are running little behind due to them being busy, I understood this so I waited. Another 30 mins went by so I asked again where was my order. I was told that I had to wait my order was not ready. I asked to speak to a manager but a manager never came out to speak with me. As I am sitting there waiting on my order I can hear the staff complaining about all the people and that all the people should go home. I understand it's a holiday and nobody want to work but the staff shouldn't be talking about customers that way. So I am about 1.5 into my experience and again I asked where my order was at this time I was told I should go home cook for my self. I was getting more angry at this time. I asked for a manager again so I could be refunded my money and go home, I have been there for 2 hours now. The whole time I am sitting there waiting on my order staff was bringing orders out, I heard my name called and asked if that was my order, I was told no the order was chicken and stuff but it turned out it was my order and my order set there for at least 40 mins before the error of the staff was corrected. The staff at this I Hop was very unprofessional, talking about customers and telling them to go home and cook for them selves. I would give a negative stars but I can't. I will not go back or recommend this I Hop, I will go out of my way to go to other one.
great place to eat great service
It keeps getting worse every trip. Pretty sure that's my last visit. I never even got to order my drinks. The server walked past us 4 times and even made eye contact. Not once did she stop. The hostess was busy hanging out with whoever was there visiting. The table wasn't even wiped off. I'm done. When is new management coming? New staff? A staff period?? Get it together IHOP or get out of Ohio.
Was great was fast with the food and the waiter was awesome
