great costumer service but i ordered a shrimp kids meal with a side of steak and the gave me a large meal and there was a pound of onions on the side the rice was mushy and i had 5 pieces of shrimp literally and I PAID 7 dollars for a side of steak and got 6 pieces of steak. and the guy preparing the meals with the big blue eyes was pervertedly staring at my 14 yr friend
Me and my friend Jen go here all the time. Loved the steak and chicken combo, and she loves the shrimp. Yum yum sauce is addicting. Lemonade has mostly been really good, some days it feels too sour or no flavor. My only complaint is there are no drink holders when I order more than 3 drinks but sometimes the staff is nice enough to carry them out to the car for me.
The Chicken Bowl went from 7.99 to $10 exactly! imagine how cocky you have to be to raise your price not even to 9.99 but to just say, screw it we're going to say $10!!! the food is not bad, and the service isn't too bad, but once again, just like many other places the price hike It downright embarrassing!!
We ordered a veggie kids bowl just to be charged $6 for a bowl of onions. He wanted just vegetables, no rice, just a veggie bowl. He got a bowl of onions. ??? I'm really confused on how your menu offers a veggie bowl with no veggies? I am really disappointed and feel robbed. We asked the manager and she offered no solution. Just said "he didn't want rice, so he gets just onions." ??? We were literally expecting at least some other vegetables on the plate. I ended up adding my rice to his plate so he could have something! Don't waist your money here...go to the Japanese fusion steakhouse instead... better food and even a hibachi show!
Don’t order online!!! Let somebody take our food and said we would have to wait 30 minutes to get our food when it was supposed to be done 20 minutes ago. Then offered us a pop for the issue lol but couldn’t make our food immediately. Also wouldn’t refund our money, joke of customer service.
I generally don't have an issue when I go to this location but tonight, the customer service was horrible. Upon walking in, the workers were talking, laughing and joking. I stood around waiting to place an order until they were done. The person at the register was EXTREMELY rude (Sarah M.). When I got home, I noticed my order was incorrect. I called and the server (same one) answered with her nasty attitude. I advised the order was incorrect and instead of her coming up with a solution she proceeded to be nasty. I hung up on her. I realize businesses have taken a hit due to covid but I need for the workers to understand just as stressed as they are, the consumer is as well. When I spend my money on food, I expect the service to be at least decent and my order to be correct. Hopefully the problem gets remedied but until then. I will be ordering from somewhere else.
The chicken and shrimp were delicious,but the steak was was tough enough to walk on!! definitely going back to eat just avoiding the steak.
I get their Steak and Chicken combo with all the veggies except the sprouts (I don't like those personally but if you do I'm sure they are good here) and I get fried rice. I love the regular flavor of everything here. But if you like sauces they do have Yum Yum and a Ginger sauce. I forget it's name but you can see for yourself if you like ginger. They also cook everything fresh after you place your order so it's not a bad wait time at all. On average about 15 minutes. The only reason I cannot give them all five stars is they're drink options are not good if you're picky like I am. The tea is hit or miss on even the best day and I haven't been brave enough to try the two flavors of juice-like drinks they have. But that's all they offer 2 juice flavors, their "tea" or water. So I would advise bringing your own drink when you go. The food by itself is enough to go though and the portion is huge so I always am able to save it and it heats up just as good as it was on the first day! Also just a note they cook the veggies really well and I love their zucchini, mushroom and onion combination. I like this place better than Bibibop because it sits better on my stomach and it's filling. But don't just take my word for, you gotta try this place for yourself. It's so worth it!
For the price, this place is pretty good. You get a lot of food. A double portion bowl feeds both me and my husband. The cuts of meat aren't the highest quality and it is far from the best habachi, but much more affordable than other options in the area.
My son swears on this place. Finally tried myself and must say the portions are huge. Grove City had extremely quick service. For the price, the portions make sense especially with the shrimp and steak both.
