Shana was the BEST server ever. She was so nice, attentive, and conscientious—a very difficult task given she was the only server and it was busy. The food was delicious as always. ! I need you to stay open forever. There aren’t many Frisch’s Big Boys in the Columbus area, and I don’t know what I would do without my vegetable soup, salad bar, and hot fudge cake!
Come in for the food and the service!!! We all know the service industry has been poor since Covid. But, coming here gives me hope that not all is lost!! Darlene took real good care of us!! And the hostess Skyler was super sweet, and the young man at the register was sweet and delightful! Thank you all for the amazing experience!
I think this was a well run and clean Frisch's. I think they may have some staffing issues as it applies to waitstaff, however, they were very friendly and were working very hard. I assume they are impacted by the job market like everyone else. We both ate off the breakfast buffet and the staff did a very good job keeping up on it. They were very accommodating and helpful with my kids as well. I would have no hesitation visiting this particular Frisch's in the future.
Shana was a great face and experience for a company I believed was dead and food I’d never taste again. She was well mannered and very informed on the status of the restaurant as well as other locations. As a child this was the place after church and I never thought I would see it again. Being greeted by Shana and all she deserves to be running this place and I’d be back if I knew that and make the drive weekly all the way here. It was amazing chance find. But Shana made it like all those times like when I was a child and brought the nostalgia to life.Thank you Shana and Frischs!
Our waitress, Shana, was friendly and attentive. The 5 stars are based solely on the service.The all-you-can-eat seafood buffet was, to be kind, disappointing. It has limited and unappealing options, below-average food quality and is a poor value. I would give the buffet 2 stars just for it being all-you-can-eat. I would not get it again.

The good: clean, great service.The bad: food portions appeared to be smaller and Prices up. I had the fish dinner, sadly..little fishsticks. And the cost of the salad bar as add on is ? crazy.. I took a look at it as a maybe. A lot less on the bar than there used to be so pass. Good luck with that. To much $$ for too little.
Went through the drive thru tonight and had an absolute amazing experience. From the time we pulled up to place our order we were met with a kind and cheerful voice. Brittni answered all my questions , and if certain items were available. When we pulled around to pay, Brittni had a smile and was super kind. Handed us our drink asked if we needed sauces. The whole interaction with her was nothing but wonderful. Her customer service was a breath of fresh air. Hands down the best I have had in a long time. She really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Thank you so much Brittni! You rock! P.s. the food was hot and fresh too.
Shana was very friendly and a great server. Very attentive to my needs. Quick with refills and checked multiple times how my meal was. Great experience.
