I haven'thad five guys since last year, but wow, I couldn't ever imagine that they would slide down hill like that in the quality.Patties are so slim I thought I orderedonly one , the fries are so saggy and tasteless its unbelievable.So sad to see five guys reach this level.

It was very good food. A little expensive. But the burger was so much I couldn't eat it all.
This isn't reflected on the service or the associates. Seriously 2 burgers and 1 fry, over 32 bucks. Five Guys has always been higher priced than other burger places. But that is ridiculous!!! Five Guys you have priced yourself out with me. It sure wasn't anything to right home about either. Before a regular fry was a cup in your bag of fries. Now it's a cup of fries in the bag. Besides Steak and Shake is across the street and for 32 bucks I can feed me, my wife, grandkids and 2 homeless people for that much!
Good hamburgers and a many choices of toppings. Fries are also good. Only problem I have is that they are a little pricey.
They have the best grilled cheese, fries and malts ever! Sure, I know they are known for their burgers, but because I am a vegetarian I can't comment on those. You can get whatever you want on the grilled cheese and it is always grilled to perfection.
Just got two regular burgers and fries and I think the burgers were overpriced and overrated , I had the same tasteand size as a Wendy's

Burger and service were great. Four stars because I think the price is kind of high.
Jason and the team at spring town road 5 guys are fantastic! We had an issue with a third party delivery driver simply not bringing us our food so we ended up coming in to pick it up and they had remade our whole order fresh for us on their own accord and were very apologetic for the situation that they had no fault in. 10/10
