For a semi-fast food Italian fare, Fazoli's was surprisingly excellent. The dishes were hot and flavorful. Portion size was good. And bread sticks seem to be fresh. Staff went out their way to make sure you were taking care of. And nice to eat with real silverware and these days of lazy COVID restaurants. I hope they keep up the good work. I'll be back.
Wasn't very busy tonight. Was after 8pm though.. not usually there that late.Was able to order, get our drinks and get seated pretty quickly.Food came as expected, and our server was pleasant and attentive.. even so late.The restaurant is always well tended to, and even drive through goes pretty quickly.

We need this in North Carolina!I helped run an Italian place for 6 years, they have a great thing going here. I didn't order a menu / cookie cutter plate, I customized it, and I had it in 5 minutes, hot fresh and perfectly as I asked.Only thing I would have changed is more garlic an the breadsticks, and sprinkle with parsley, kinda bland, but the pasta was perfecto.
Old lady who is always at the counter is ALWAYS rude. I will not return to this location because of it, I will drive to Hilliard, where the service is always wonderful. Management of this restaurant would do well to reconsider her employment.
Was my first time going there and it was very nice. Staff is very nice and informative, they have a nice lunch special there for $5.99 and was not crowded. Will go back
Good food, affordable prices, unlimited garlic bread, unlimited soda, and excellent service.
I was hoping to find a good local pizzeria but didn't have much luck so I landed here. The pizza was actually really good and the service was great!

Delicious... I got the chicken carbonara and it was so yummy... It has great balance of chicken and broccoli in it.
Good food and atmosphere. You can dine in lol. Seems most places are doing pickup or delivery these days. Glad their open inside.
