Fast service. Great food. Reasonable prices. El Vaquero saved our dinner plans that were being derailed by El Cañons horrible service and prices. I’ve been going to El Vaquero for years, and each time I’m reminded why it’s the best. They put a lot of care into serving each guest. It’s a welcoming atmosphere. Pair that with the fantastic food, and it’s tough to beat.
Always great. The couple of times they have messed up, they have more than made up for it on the spot. Drinks are strong, be careful. Carnitas fajitas are the move. Always gotta get queso. Last time, the waiter sprint out to us in the parking lot, just to give us back a pen he thought we left on our table (must've been theirs). Always very nice too.
I was a little hesitant because the latest reviews were bad. Then, I noticed the most recent was more than a year ago. Pleasantly surprised. Pretty good service. Good salsa and 4 great enchiladas. Good happy hour specials from 4-8PM.
This was item #43: Burrito California. Fantastically filling and well worth leaving a tip for.The beef inside the burrito was cooked to perfection so the guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo just made it better.Friendly, fast service! Definitely will recommend it to anyone!
Chicken tacos were very bland and would definitely not recommend. Chicken fajitas decent better if they came with some sort of wrap to turn them into fajitas
I was very disappointed in the food we got this evening. I placed a carry out order for 6 pm at around 4:30 this afternoon. When I got home with the food it was cold, very poor quality. I was even missing guacamole which was 4$. I have ordered food from here before and it was shocked at how bad it was. It makes me not want to order from here anymore.
Went at opening on a Sunday. One of the cooks was outside smoking when we walked up and he walked in front of us to unlock the door but then shut it in front of us, which I kind of laughed about but then they have double doors and he did it again. Luckily the hostest/server was amazing and very polite and prompt. Food came out quickly and was fairly priced. Resturant was very clean and well kept. Lots of seating available for different sized parties
Bad margaritas. Food I rank 5 Margaritas 0 worst I have ever had, gave them 2 chances a week apart. I even talked to the manager.

We've been regulars at El Vaquero in Grove City for several years. The food is consistently great, comes out fast and hot. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Try El Morrow Especial (#171)... my favorite!
