I called and placed my order, was told 15 minutes until it was ready. Show up and was told my order wasn't ready yet. Sat another 30 minutes and then gratefully a delivery driver pulled up and asked me what my order was. Brought me a burnt, Luke warm pepperoni pizza. I am grateful for the driver but my family ate warm, burnt pizza for dinner. Driver gets 5 stars for the save. But that's an hour of my life I'm not getting back.

The District manager Martel Sanders is a liar who flirts with women and is cheating on his wife with a young girl who’s boyfriend was recently killed. Donatos does nothing about this but promotes “family values”. Kids literally working in the kitchens on the weekends at the Worthington stores, black mold under the tables in the kitchens.
Delivery was great, sub tasted very salty, pizza was good. Will give 1 more try, I always give at least 2 tries we will see….

I usually LOVE Donatos. I’ve ate at several locations around Columbus, and I’ve ate from the ones in grove city (several times, we live in GC) but the sauce is completely different than all other locations around Columbus. I’m not sure if they have a different distribution, or if it’s prepared different. Usually After a few months I’ll try it again hoping for an improvement, and the sauce is just gross. I’m not sure what it is, it has a very strong green pepper Flavor. Both locations in grove city are like this. I would get Donatos all the time in Reynoldsburg, blacklick and Bexley, and even Dublin all of those have the same good consistent pizza.Grove city locations do not have the same sauce., I’ll probably still continue to see if you get it right in a few months. ?♀️
Ordered 25 wings for delivery, came out to $30, wings were pretty tiny, had to microwave them, wasn't great, $30 of food and me and my buddy are still hungry. Would not recommend, wasn't great.
I was not notified that my order was at my door. My delivery was sitting outside in the cold for over 30 minutes. Not only that but my order was placed on the ground and there is a flat surface for the pizza to be placed on. I opened my pizza box to find ants all over. I will never ever be ordering from this location again. This is ridiculous. Spent almost 30 dollars just to have to throw it away.
Donatos used to be good ion they just ok now customer service is great etc
Are food is always hot and fresh when we order from here.
