terrible, order is never, I mean never correct. why do you have an option to square cut if you never do it? $35.00 for a pizza that was suppose to be extra peproni, extra sausage, extra onion and extra banana peppers and you gave me this... it isn't even cut all the way through! I can count the number of ppers and onions on my hands! Just plain unacceptable! All the topping are in the center of the pizza... SMH Never again! I give up!
Marinara sauce for pizza sauce people really I can tell the difference I don't marinara sauce is not a substitute or a shortcut for pizza sauce if you run short just go to the store and buy pizza sauce or meat sauce your customers can tell the difference I did I couldn't eat mine I have to throw it out dominos used to be real good pizza but not anymore use marinara sauce on mozzarella sticks only it's just awful I doubt I return you cant tell them it's wrong without an attitude or they just go and give you the same thing over what's up with these restaurants
Reading Instructions and getting deliveries correct are hard for this place. 3 out of the last 5 times ive ordered they've delivered the wrong food to me. They also cannot read instructions on the delivery ticket where it says do not knock, my neighbors are asleep and have dogs that bark. I'll let you guess what happens when they arrive with my order (that is statistically most likely wrong) so what then happens when they come back? You guessed it they knock again, making my neighbors dogs bark. Reading is difficult i know, but try and hire people who at least made it past 2nd grade. Oh and don't bother ordering dipping sauces, they charge you for them and don't bring them. 0/100 rating.
Ordered a pizza at about 10:30pm. It's now 11:45pm and the tracker has said that it's being checked by "Sara" for the last hour.I called and asked where my food was and she said they were short drivers.Sorry Domino's, you lost a customer tonight! I will classify you with the Harrisburg Pike Burger King, complete garbage!
They don’t even deserve the one star I had to give them just to leave a review!! I placed a $55 order at 7:39pm I went into the store at 8:20pm to see when my order was going to be done seeing how it said my order should be done at 8:12pm and I was told they haven’t even started making my order so I asked to speak to the manager and in no way did he care how behind they are and he didn’t care to make it right in any way just told me I could either wait another 20 minutes or cancel my order so I would have to go to another restaurant to get my kids dinner! I will never come back to domino’s again!! Worst customer service and definitely don’t value their customers they have plenty of employees more than 5 so zero excuses to be that far behind!
At 52, I've been ordering here most of my adult life. I`ve always had good service and food is perfect 99% of time.
Only because I can not leave 0 stars. The last 3 times I have ordered there have been issues. This was the last straw. My pizza was in quality check for an hour before the delivery guy even picked it up. My wife called them and who ever she spoke said the pizza would be hot when it got here. The pizza was cold and was not fit to serve to my kids. When my wife called them back the "manager" said they will credit our account. That isn't going to do anything because I will never order from Domino's again. I can not wait for Pizza Cottage to open up so I can get good delivery. Get it together Domino's there are to many options out there. If you are short staffed on delivery don't offer it. Many people will drive and pick it up if it means getting quality food.
So I placed an order at 546, my delivery time was 26-36 minutes— COMPLETELY FINE FOR A TUESDAY. At 6:30 I still do not have a pizza, so I called and told me they were waiting on the delivery driver to come back and get my food to bring it.. at :715 my food gets delivered and it’s not even hot, the garlic knots are cold.— I understand jobs are understaffed but when I called almost an hour of waiting and then have to wait another 45 mins for it to be delivered I called back to inform the manager — and she huffs and buffs on the phone very unprofessional on her behalf. Do better.
Was three people working in the store could not get any service not one of them came to take my order I stood there for 10 minutes I won't be back
