I stopped by this location as I was traveling to visit my family. I ordered one piece of grilled/blackened catfish with hash brown casserole and turnip greens. When I have just one piece of fish, that usually leaves me enough room for a dessert and I had strawberry shortcake with ice cream. I will let the picture speak for itself. The servers (I think one lady was in training) were so sweet, kind, and attentive and they made sure I had a coffee to go and I appreciated them very much.

Had very poor experience this evening! Placed a curbside order..arrived at time I was told it would be ready..informed them I was in designated parking spot..1/2 hour goes by have not got my order! I walk in and ask about it..was told they got a little behind and it should be out shortly..no problem it’s understandable! After another 35 minutes I still did not receive my order so I go back in to check..it had been sitting at the counter for who knows how long..mind you two other vehicles pull up and order was brought out to them within ten minutes! So overall I set in the parking lot about an hour and 20 minutes!

Did the curbside pickup. Had to wait over half an hour and still didn't bring it out. Had to go in to get our food. It was sitting on the shelf when I went in to get it. Food was cold. Didn't get offered even a discount on the food for the waiting. Will not be using the curbside pick up again. Although we've had very good dine in service, I give the curbside pickup 0 stars.

We were told it would be a 30-40 min wait, and being that it was a Saturday evening and we had a party of 8, we were okay with waiting that long. We walked around the store for 30 minutes and played a few games of checkers with the kids. After 30-40 minutes we returned to the hostess station. The wait turned into an hour long wait because it took 20 minutes for them to bus the table. (We were able to watch as it was by the hostess station.) After we were seated, it took 10 min for the waitress to come over, introduce herself, and take our orders. At least she was friendly! While waiting, we started looking around and there were 6 tables in our section alone that needed bussed and because the tables weren’t being bussed, people waiting were not being seated. The food came out in a decent time and tasted great! Everything had started to turn a corner until we found hair on my daughter’s sandwich. We spoke with the manager who apologized and the only thing we could think was that maybe it came from the vent above our table. We aren’t sure. At that point we were done with our meal and asked for our bill. It took 10+ minutes of standing in line waiting to pay, so my husband stood in line and I took the kids to the bathroom. The handicap-accessible stall was out of order, there was no toilet paper in the first stall, and no soap at either sink. Needless to stay, we will never be going back to that Cracker Barrel.

We where told at the door it would be 20-30min wait…….1 hour and 10 min later we where blessed with being escorted to the dining room where we where ignored for an additional 22 min. At this point we where told I’ll be right with you. 16 more minutes passed before for our waitress came back for our drink order. We ordered our meal and drinks at this time. The drinks came out as one paying for a dining out experience would expect. My glass ran dry 10 min later with no sight of our server The meal on the other hand took an additional 10 minutes. My refill never made itWait staff was slow and rude.I’ll never be back

Good food and now they're offering alcohol?! Never in my life did I think cracker barrel would be the new Sunday brunch spot WITH MIMOSAS!! Finally figured out how to win the triangle pin game... Our waitress said it's all about where you start, so true! Love the gift shop as well so many trinkets, candy, clothes, toys, candles, you name it!

Last month our service was awful, but not this time!Wow! We came at your busiest time too.Grove City, location. The service was outstanding.I ordered the Friday fish fry.It was good. It seemed like Every waitress that passed our table stopped and asked if we needed anything and kept our tea glasses full. Great crew and fast cooks on duty this Friday night. Great service, and great food tonight!I was watching the bus boy scurrying around, cleaning off tables . He was amazing. Filling his pan up over the top ( heavy ) and rushing it back to the kitchen, repeating over and over. He even found left behind items and would run quickly to try and catch the customer. I didn't catch his name, but he is a hard worker and a keeper!!!.Thanks ,Grove City Cracker Barrel staff, for a great experience.

Excellent food and service.

good food and service at this location

I have been a customer at Cracker Barrel for 35+ years. I have patronized this particular location on numerous occasions. Today was an awful experience. Sat down and a server finally appeared about 15 minutes later. I ordered my "go to" meal - meat loaf, mashed potatoes and extra gravy, green beans, and cornbread. Meal arrived. No extra gravy, meat loaf and mashed potatoes stone cold, green beans so squishy they had to be a couple of days old. Cornbread hard as a rock. It will be a long time before I return to this location - if ever.
