Went to this location yesterday and won’t go back. We waited patiently in line just to have one of the employees sigh, roll her eyes, and complain about our order because of how many she did that day. Our order had to be repeated numerous times. Our milkshake was basically nothing but milk. If that wasn’t frustrating enough we provided gift cards for payment. The worker told us that they didn’t have anything on them so we paid another way. Get into the car and check the balances, they were both full, so clearly she didn’t know what she was doing. Worst of all we get home to discover one of our quarts was only 2/3 full. $50 for ice cream and that was how we were treated ?
I Have personally never had anything from here but I went tonight to pick up a to go order was told they're running behind even though there was only 2 people in the store and the 3 kids behind the counter We're doing nothing but basically gossiping and chit chatting and laughing when I stood there forever just to even get their attention I finally looked up again and one of the young ladies was licking The ice cream from an order she was making off of her hands then proceeded to walk over and start making more orders
When I visited, it was not busy and I was greeted immediately. I was excited to see a new dairy free option, silk chocolate almondmilk (previously there was only the lemon sorbet). Thanks for recognizing all us lactose intolerant adults. The store was clean and filled with the smell of fresh waffle cones being made. The only disappointment was when I ordered strawberries as a mix in. Instead of getting a new container out, the server chose to just make do with the very little left in the bottom the container. She was literally scraping the bottom. For the price, I would appreciate a full serving of topping.
This yung lad named kennedy is one of the sweetest employees i have ever met. i come in every friday to conversate with her and get ice cream. she never fails to serve cold and fresh ice cream.
Always a great experience and location with a friendly staff whenever I go here. (Stringtown Road Location)
I called to put in a pick-up order, no one answered. They call back and ask if I called and sorry they missed it. I put in my order and they say they will call me when it’s ready. That was at 4:36…it is now 5:12 and still no call. I show up to the store and they say they never received that order…now I’m waiting on line for an order I placed over 30 minutes ago….pretty frustrating.
Ordered a shake with pineapple... No Pineapple. Ordered mine with caramel topping... No caramel.
My partner & I came in on our first visit to get Ice cream and the gentleman that took my order was very condescending and rude. I didn’t think he was going to even take my partners order. I am never one to place the race card however he defiantly acted like we were beneath him and we were a huge inconvenience even though we were the ones in the store. I tried to give the place a second chance and ordered and paid online. I went in to pick up the online order alone and the same gentleman gave me lots of attitude and was rude again. Two other customers came in and picked up their personal orders didn’t have to show anything. I try to pick up my personal order and he demanded to see my order. I tried but I can no longer support a business that allows employees to treat customers so poorly.
Love Cold Stone. We went on a Saturday evening over Memorial Day Weekend. We went a little later and they said we just missed the rush. Staff very friendly and they seemed to enjoy working there and with each other. Ice cream yummy as always. Wish there were one closer than 45 minutes from our house. Definitely a good value.
We were first time customers ordering an ice cream cake. It was not exactly what was advertised or ordered but the manager exceded our expectations as far as fixing it. The Cheesecake Named Desire was excellent once our original order was fixed. Definitely will be back.
