The associate who took our order was extremely helpful, polite, and helped us with getting the right combination. The food was delicious, and I will return for meals in the very near future??‼️
I would give it more if I could. We got our food so fast after we ordered. Our 1 shock was the turkey was so dang good it was unbelievable. It's kinda a mix of a cafeteria and pavilion lunch spot. They don't need a waitress because you do everything yourself here.
Order tonight and they had forgot to send some of the food called the store the manager I’m taking it was so apologetic. Not complaining just wanted to give a ?to them. Thanks again for the good food and great customer service!!!!!
There is not a complaint concerning the food but the service was not relevant for my situation. I ordered online for a door dash delivery. The receipt left off an item. I called the store informing them to add the order I just paid for to my existing order. Meanwhile the City BBQ person was so demanding explaining about door dash being its own entity, being on hold speaking to another person before them; the door dasher picked up and on the way without the added order. ? This could have been handled. I called back to order and kept being transferred as being irate.
Got the party pack, charged me $5 extra because I got brisket for both my choices, I would have gotten that anyway, but it’s the fact that they don’t tell you that up front. Brisket was great, mac&cheese tasted like cardboard&cheese, baked beans were like straight out of the can, and were so sweet I may now have diabetes, buns were stale, when I went to pick my order up, it was ready, and people inside very helpful, and friendly.
Our meal did not meet the expectations we had based on the many overwhelmingly positive reviews. The pulled pork was dry and the buns were stale. I didn't personally care for the mac n cheese because swiss cheese was used in the cheese mix. However, the green beans were soft and tasty. The decor was festive as well.
Excellent food cooked to perfection. Mouth watering BBQ. Peach cobbler portion is huge. The potato salad is some of the best in town. And the sauces go well with the meat.?
chicken tasted reheated and the brisket was super dry. overall not a great experience for the money spent today. ?
It's one of the better Barbecue places I have eaten. I have eaten Barbecue all over the US, and this one is on my top list. Good food and service. The fresh lemonade is the best I have ever had, and the chicken breast is always juicy. That is not easy to accomplish when cooking white meat especially when smoked.
Best BBQ I've had that comes close to home (Texas!). If eating light I recommend smoked chicken breast over a salad with their Chipotle ranch! Never disappoints! I will say their ribs are hit and miss. I go at least once a week. Their brisket is ALWAYS amazing!
