I really wish this location would get it together. I’ve had to skip it and go to Stringtown road on several occasions because I just couldn’t deal with how rude the employees are. You ask for rice and get half a scoop, ask for extra rice instead of beans and they don’t give you any extra then when you politely say that you asked for extra in place of beans they said “I’m I did give you extra!” Whatever you do don’t ask for more cheese… they will literally roll their eyes and give you 3 extra shreds… I’ve even asked if I could just pay for extra. Why is paying for extra cheese not an option? Why is paying for extra rice not an option? Is the rice and cheese coming out of employee pay checks? What’s the big deal? I didn’t even get sour cream… save your time and the headache just go to Stringtown road.
Every time I’m in this location, no matter what time of day, they’re out of items… not like “there’s a nationwide lettuce shortage/recall”, but just in a “yeah, we haven’t bothered cooking/prepping that”.I just walked out a full 45min before they close (and with 8 people in line behind me) and they were out of white rice, fajitas, tomatoes …. and I literally got the last partial handful of cheese!How are you not going to have half of your standard toppings?
Worst Chipotle I’ve been to in a while. The middle aged bald man with tattoos has serious issues. Who slams stuff around and throws a serious temper trantrum just by having to do their job, especially acting all aggressive to a woman? not to mention my tortilla i asked for on the side was burnt.. how do you even burn a tortilla when it steams for 2 seconds? Yikes, I think he’s better off in the jail house kitchen cooking slop, some people need to learn the hard way to show some respect now a days.
Beautiful building but their portion sizes are ridiculously small. To the point where I asked for more guac after the manager tapped the spoon to level it off 6 times and he told me that was their standard portion. DEFINITELY will just go to the one at home. Haha! And to think I thought it was just me with this opinion until I read the other reviews.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would but fortunately for them I have to at least put a 1 star which that is even giving this place way too much credit! I go in tonight with my daughter which she is 11. She orders a burrito bowl with rice, carnitas, extra sour cream and cheese. The guy beginning the order doesn’t put a tortilla in the bowl and I didn’t notice until the other was added and my daughter brought it to my attention. I politely ask him if he put a tortilla in the bowl and he rudely replies “Um no!” So I said “well she ordered a burrito bowl could she please get a tortilla bowl?” He huffs and puffs and grabs the tortilla and slams it onto the burner and slams it shut, walks over grabs the bowl and pretty much throws it onto the tortilla. Then it was my turned to order so I asked for a burrito bowl with a tortilla in the bowl and asked for brown rice which he had to get some from the back where him and two other guys are talking about me and pointing at me right in front of my 11 year old daughter and 3 year old son. Then I asked for a large cheese quesadilla for my 1 year old only to get 1 small tortilla with what seemed like 3 tiny pieces of shredded cheese and burnt so bad that I couldn’t even tear it apart. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a chipotle i will never be back to this location!! Not to mention the amount of food they give you for the price you’re paying is ridiculous!!
Customer service was excellent. I was greated with a hi. Jacob was very nice and positive and the food was excellent. We need more positive people around and I left feeling great! I am going back again soon!
This chipotle is TRASH. I order online and its 10$ for a burrito/bowl and we get 5$ worth in food. In person, and online ordering its always been AWFUL. Its the only chipotle close and convient to my work for online ordering. If youre looking for a place that DOESNT give you what you PAY for, and more fat than meat on your food then this is your place. I cant even enjoy my half portioned meal without pulling out chunks of fat out of my mouth from the carnitas. This place needs to be shut down. My boyfriends bowl has 7 pieces of steak for 13$. Dont waste your $$
Very good quality team members. The line went to the door and we were still served in less than 15 minutes it seemed. Obviously the food was good too.
Chloe was so helpful making our catering order happen. It saved the day for our son’s birthday because I ordered the catering too late and she made it happen. Thank you so much Chloe!
Wow is all I can say. Floors wet, out of almost every on menus, everything all over everywhere not in the warming trays, employee’s avoiding customers, having food fights, tossing tortillas around at each other like frisbees. Wondering why the health department hasn’t shut them down? Made me laugh that they can get away with this.
