Haven't been in quite a while and I was pleasantly surprised that the prices have not gone up on the bowl or the burrito... other restaurants have simply pumped the price up so high that it's almost highway robbery at this point... food was very good and the service was pretty good as well... in my past experience the service usually lacked a little bit..
Guaranteed bad experience every single time you order here. Delivery takes hours, portions are super small, missing items. The best part is the “manager” named Angel with purple hair will scream, cuss, mock you and get in your face if you ask for the missing item from your order, even when I was very polite and understanding. This store would be better off closed.
Well the food arrived on time. But it was cold. One burrito bowl had salad on it the other had nothing we had to go in the kitchen and chop up some stuff. I think I need a $25 gift card to make up for it. Just so disappointed.
Absolutely the worst one I’ve had to try and deal with, waited in line for 45 min with ridiculously too loud of music playing overhead. I think there might have been 3 employees working, dining area was a train wreck and I think I saw more people give up and leave than I saw get food. Another one off the list after tonight
I came in at 11:00am last Saturday and ordered two burrito bowls. The employee was so rude and when I asked for salsa she asked what kind. I said mild and she kept asking what kind and she was so nasty and rude. I asked for guacamole and she said they were out and they clearly had some I could see in the back. Every time I asked for a ingredient she was really nasty and rude about it. It even surprised her co worker. Then when I wrote in about it, a manager responded to me I email offered me a bogo buy one get one coupon. He said he sent it to my email and he never did. Then he said he went it to my chipotle account and I don’t even have a chipotle account. My experiment here has been awful. Very disappointed.
Waited 20 min. For steak at dinner time, once steak was ready, ordered double, maybe 15 pieces total once opened... also after wait was told no fajita..... why not say that 20 min. ago when I was told to wait for steak? Employees care more about their cellphones than customers...smhAlso same experience with hilliard Rome rd. location , was contacted via email and was told I recieved a free meal via coupon in app.... never recieved coupon even after replying with issue.... so chipotle, you have lost a customerHere u come hot heads
This is quite possibly the worst location in Columbus Ohio. They will randomly close the store in the middle of the day, have people lined out of the door saying they ordered food and they came and the store was closed. I’ve ordered chipotle to this location and the doors were locked AGAIN with people standing outside saying “did you place an order too?” And them informing everyone that the doors are locked. I get low staffing and we are in a literal pandemic but to never communicate when the store is closed or even updating the website so customer are no able to order from a location that is closed. It will be a while before I order chipotle from this location. The Easton location is the only one I know that has amazing customer service and cares about there customers. Please do better.
Yall know it's not illegal to actually fill up the bowls you make right? Ordered steak and chicken and they gave me like 5 peices of beef and chicken. This location used to be ? but you guys fell off hard.
We brought 11 Girl Scouts for dinnner while on a trip. The staff was AMAZING!! Very patient with all the girls, walked everyone through their options. The staff was also training new hires, and the level of respect and courtesy in how they communicated with one another was so impressive. Wish we lived closer, this would be MY STORE!
We had a large group of Girl Scouts (14) and everyone was SO kind. The people working were kind to us and they were kind to each other.
