I tend to get a first feel of how a restaurants food will be according to their sauces. The sweet and sour and the hot mustard on the table both seem watered down. Food overall was okay oh, the best part or barbecued ribs 4 for $8. Overall my bill was $28 for one person before the tip. I'll go back one more time to see if I just got a bad chef. I will order something different.
Worst Chinese food I've ever had to my recollection. The General tsos was overcooked, the crab Rangoon was tasteless and gritty, and the fried rice tastes like it came from the Costco freezer section. The coconut shrimp was okay, but it didn't taste like any I've ever had nor what I would expect; which is the best thing I can say for this place.
After reading the reviews, my husband and I were excited about this place. It was 8 p.m.—and no one was waiting. We approached the cashier, who was also the hostess, who was helping a man with his bill. After she finished with him, she told us to wait a minute. She walked to the back of the counter and began eating an apple. After waiting another five minutes, my husband asked if there was another hostess to set us. She yelled ok, then angrily opened a window and pitched out the apple. She slammed the window shut and approached us. That’s when we left.
Great service. We ordered the flaming appetizers. We enjoyed the wings, wontons, rangoons, shrimp and beef. The best eggrolls anywhere. Something for everyone. The beef and broccoli has more of a creamy beef sauce, still good. The mandarin chicken is served with alot of vegetables - make sure to request only the ones you want. The sweet and sour chicken was served with lots of chicken and sauce which I love. We ordered the lo mein with no protein or vegetables. It was a large order with somewhat thick noodles but good flavor. Adding China Bell to the rotation. Take out available also.
My brother in law raved about this restaurant that he has enjoyed for years so we tried it out while visiting. We were not disappointed! Four of us each got the dinner special and each course was delicious. Also enjoyed the $10 wine and being able to take home the bottle. Our waitress was very sweet and the whole experience was delightful. Will definitely come back when visiting Columbus.
We had a lovely dinner for a friend's birthday. The curry shrimp was some of the best I've had!
Absolutely love the food here, great for dine in or take out. So, so good and reasonable prices with lots to choose from. Always busy whenever I’ve been in.
This is the best Chinese restaurant in the area. The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. The meat was tender and the vegetables were crunchy. Delightful!!!!
Best Chinese in Columbus Ohio. This place is top knotch. Food is excellent. Best eggrolls in Columbus. This place is legit. I'm a Chinese food junky and I keep going back to this place and try other dishes. No disappointment here.
Staff is always friendly and just wonderful. The food is also fantastic.
