I came to this Burger King on broadway in grove city on Monday night with my family to order food to be told there’s only one employee and he’s “too lazy to make my order”. So im requesting to talk to cooperate and half this childfired, I shouldn’t be treated like a bad guy cause he ha’s to do his job in a way he can’t handle it. And yes this happened in front of my family. so overall a very poor and unfortunate, uncomfortable experience for me and my family.
Stood inside just to be ignored for 18 minutes while listening to a female manager be rude and very disrespectful to the 1 employees she had working that morning. I ended up leaving just to go through the drivethru and hear her yelling at the same employee and another that had just got to work. It's a shame how she was yelling at them and so disrespectful!! Then I get to work with the wrong drinks and wrong food items the manager was bagging up. I won't be returning to this location ever again. They need a new manager and maybe they'll be able to keep employees!!
The Whopper is always good. Jr whopper seems like the burger is only half the bun. Still love having it your way. The Whopper isn't a Whopper without all the stuff on it. Glad to see things back to normal.
We dined in for the first time in years due to covid. I will always love the flame broiled taste of the whopper but today it was cold and the bun was pretty stale. Bummer!
You are LUCKY to get a burger that was cooked that DAY.. And FOOD IS ROOM TEMPERATURE. No WAY there is safe food handling here. I've done numerous surveys and complained. No matter if there's 2 employees or usual 6 standing around. Place is a ghost town while McDonald's a block away has a constant line. You have to go to hilliard to get good Burger King
Fast service going through drive-thru. However, the hash rounds were slightly old- like they were just past the freshness timer. Or, the grease was in need of change.
Most incompetent restaurant in grove city. The breakfast hashbrowns are ALWAYS cold and the last 2x I've gone my sandwich was the wrong sandwich. They didn't put ice in their Pop today. And when I called to complain the manager said it's because he doesn't have enough employees and that he was cooking. First off I was the ONLY customer so they weren't busy, second the manager volunteered the info even he can't make an order by admitting to being the cook. Don't waste time or money at this location.
Pulled into drive through at the Broadway (62) location in Grove City at 7:02 am this morning and was greeted by a worker after a couple minutes of sitting there and stated “we are not quite ready”. I asked him if they would be ready in a couple of minutes or what and he then replied “no not for about an hour or so.” What? I mean I get the fact that staffing shortages are everywhere but there could have been signs up indicating such or not turn the lights on the reader board or something to indicate they weren’t open instead of me and others just sitting in the drive through aimlessly. This particular establishment has always had issues with staffing (even before covid) , quality of food and service is horrible at best. May need to take a real hard look at the leadership here if you’re going to continue to compete with the other fast food giants of the world.
Horrible customer service.Ordered a #3.Asked for the spicy sauce. One of the girls at the window said they'd give me packets which I haven't heard of. The other said they put it on the sandwich. Not only did they not put sauce on it they didn't put ham on it.I then call and talk to Nathan who tells me they don't carry that sauce anymore?People like this don't deserve anything more than minimum wage. Do your job right or don't do it at all.
Came to this location around 1:10 pm on Dec 9th. to order the 2 for 6 chickens got to the box and the lady cuts off the auto response voice and mumbles something. I say I didn't understand anything that was just said, so I wait a minute. I then say hello? She then responds uh you told me to hold on I'm waiting on you. I say no I did not say that and she then argues that I did, and sys what ever it's not a big deal. I say now it is due to her taking a tone about it and I pull up to the window. I asked the lady at the window to get me the manager and she said no sorry he's busy, then they begin to snicker about the situation so i pulled off. I fail to see the humor in this situation. I tried to call twice and to no prevail the call went Un answered. As often as we come here we overlook at the little mistakes made.
