Arrived to a mostly empty parking lot and was excited to be seated right away. Watched and waited.. and waited.. as almost a dozen employees stood around socializing.. 5 by the register area, 3 ON ONE PHONE by some type of server station chatting with apparently another employee.. because I could clearly hear one of them tell the person on the phone to "come to work girl!"We left, went next door, got seated right away, got better service, and better food.Just before 7pm, May 12th 2022 if you care to hold anyone accountable.Feel free to watch your cameras.

they were unprofessional had me and another elderly black couple waiting ten plus minutes nobody greeted us or even acted as we existed as the only black people in establishment. There was no wait nobody at the hostess stand or carry out I am beyond disappointed and we were visiting from Cincinnati! I want some type of credit or coupon because this is just super sad.

We live nearby and Bob Evans is a local favorite, in which they have great food and great service! We expect the best and are not disappointed with the Grove City location.

The food is really good,it is our first time at this place and my kids loved the food. Great service , our attender was great

The best service, and delicious food.

Ordered two wild fire salads. One grilled chicken. One no corn. Received two wild fire salads. Both with fried chicken. Both with corn.

Customer service is everything to me. Pre ordered take out, the young teenage very skinny blonde hair girl says... what did you order? Wildfire salad. She came back 3 minutes later with out saying a word handed it to me , never said a word and walked away, I said is this all of the order? She said yep half way looking over her shoulder as she walked away!! I look at her colleague , she shook her head and I walked out. If you want to hire unfriendly people keep I'm the back.

Had errands to do in this part of Grove City, and I haven't been to this particular one before. I'm trans and dressed as a woman, and I was treated correctly and with respect as I had my breakfast.Food was their usual standard, and good enough to warm me up on a cold winter morning. And what a difference a week makes! As I was doing more errands in the same area, and happy with last week's experience, I returned to have breakfast again. I was still dressed as a woman, just not as feminine. While I can't fault them for giving me the corner table behind the booths, why do they put the menu and tableware, on the table that puts my back to the room.No complaint about the food, but I was treated bruskly by my waitperson. I was "sir"ed twice, and they left promptly, before I could correct them. They spent time chatting with customers, while serving coffee, as I was waiting for my first refill, and when she got to my table, she poured as fast as the carafe could, before leaving. They always seemed to spend the minimum amount of time to interact with me. I didn't even get asked how was everything. I didn't attempt getting a third cup, nor was offered a to-go cup, as I had seen offered to many other patrons.I complained to the cashier, about how I was treated, and other than a quick apology, I paid my bill, but I left only a 10% tip

The food served at Bob Evans is always delicious. I order delivery all the time and the portions are big. Great place to find some of your favorite food dishes. The staff is great.

Absolutely horrible! If I could give 0 stars I would. Their chicken is always either undercooked or overcooked. It tastes like rubber most of the time. If you order for pickup they always leave out items that you paid for probably thinking you won't come back. Always rude staff and their even more rude when you are picking up an online order! Don't eat here!
