For everyone who orders online they don’t have wasabi cucumber sauce, mooche, kimchi, or teriyaki glazed mushrooms and they read your orders so fast that they always forget if you add extra protein. I paid for extra sauce and they didn’t give me the wasabi cucumber sauce, I ordered the teriyaki glazed mushrooms which cost extra and they gave me teriyaki sauce instead and they forgot my steak; again I paid extra for it. Extremely disappointing and for some reason they spicy chicken is sweet.
What do we have to do for you to bring back the cauliflower rice??!!!!! This is A MUST HAVE!!! We ate here regularly because it is allowed on our diet. Now we can’t have anything other than the protein. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!!
Eliminated cauliflower rice. As a diabetic this kept me coming 3-4 times a week. I was offered rice as a “healthy” option. You suggested rice after I told you I was looking for a diabetic option other than greens. Sure, I will have rice if I was to get extremely sick. A person can only eat a salad so many times. So sad that such a popular choice was taken off the menu. The food is good but just cannot be a patron here anymore.
So I go back today the Trent guy because the had alot of take out orders he was real scimpy and when I asked him for more he looked at me like a killer his name is Trent very disrespectcul
They've always been reliable and informative on orders. If there's delays or issues, or supply problems, they would always list and mention it on site and app. Today was absolutely disrespectful tho.Not only did they mark the delivery as delivered when it was not; they refused to respond.With over 5 phone calls to this location, every one ended in 3 minutes of ringing, then silence, then a busy signal/hang up. One of them almost immediately went to busy/hang up, and one was 'busy' from start!They don't list which delivery service they use, so I had no way to contact the driver directly. And there's no way to mention/process issues online; only through store phone calls.Which they ignore.Be wary of ever ordering delivery from this location.Will update/comment on review if possible, if their social media responds to my requests for a refund. Failing that, I will issue my chargeback and take my business elsewhere.
Very good! Would definitely go back! This is a build your own bowl experience - you choose your base (can go half and half), then add toppings, sauce and protein. PLUS they had a few different choices for drinks (beyond just pop).

!!!!UPDATE!!!!I ordered at 8:23 tonight 37 mins before close, my order was missing sauces (which I wouldn’t have cared had they informed me of this) and I had cheese on my food when I never asked for cheese. (I’m not eating dairy for my own health.) The rice was at least 15-20 minutes older than it should’ve been. Not a good look for this staff tonight. Although I usually love Bibibop, tonight was not it for me and now I know to avoid this location at all costs. (Will update with a picture of my bowl with cheese.
