Got a sandwich this morning, ate half, 3 hours later I feel so sick. Looked at the rest of my sandwich and found this. This is gross!

The people that work the drive through were extremely friendly and tried to be helpful but the Arby's app is complete garbage. they could not fulfill my order because they were out of burgers and there's no way to cancel or refund the order without calling Arby's corporate which took me 20 minutes and was absolutely ridiculous so by all means visit the drive-thru and see the friendly people there but do not under any circumstances use the Arby's app.

Watched my sandwich sit for 12 minutes after bieng made on the counter . Meanwhile they took order after order until there were a dozen sandwiches piling up. During this the drive through was dead, the woman at the window was just standing there staring blankly into space. I asked if she could hand me my food because my lunch break was half over., she launched into a 10 minute dissertation on how I needed to be patient, she is working the drive through, not the counter.,all the while they continued to take orders but not fill them..by now there is 25 people standing around inside ., They put out one order in 30 minutes and that guy walked off without his food or his money back a long time ago..Don't waste your time on stupid, educate the ignorant, stupidity is irreparable. Fast food should be fast, customer service should be first. I as a customer shouldn't be shamed for coming into your restaurant. Wish there was a no star option.

The line of hungry customers was long, but the staff was extremely slow. It was so bad that people were literally waiting thirty minutes for two sliders. So much for "Fast Service"To even get any service at this location is surprising in itself. LOLThe corporate of Arby's might think about training courses for this stores employees. Waiting forty five minutes for a combo meal isn't fast food.

Wish I could do 0 stars! Everytime I order Grudhud the order is wrong or missing stuff. Soo this time I call up there try to talk to someone took me 5 calls to get someone to pickup. Then the lady on the phone hung up on me when I was trying to get my order fixed. The the coke in the back needed to be change is taste like water, My Mac and cheese was missing they didn't even tell the driver so we could replace it with something else. My hi c was power aid the lady said they where out but also didn't tell the driver so we could replace it. My dr pepper was coke I'm really not sure if everyone in there can't read or the managers didn't train there employees right.

This location was out of a lot of things and seemed to be understaffed as well, but our food was prepared the best that I've seen in years. You could have used our food for commercials, if you catch my meaning... Somebody there has some integrity. It was awesome!!!

Ordered food and got a mix up where we got 2 roast beefs instead of 2 fish sandwiches. Went back and got my order fine. They were nice and the food was as expected 2nd time around.

I order a half pound roast beef sandwich and curly fries. The fries were so cold. I am sure they were old. Got home and my sandwich was cold as well. The service was good but the food wasnt.

Spent $3+ for this Classic Beef n' Chedder. Ridiculous. Barely any meat or cheese.

Went through the drive thru and was greated by a very friendly voice, then a friendly person and awesome food
