This is probably the worst managed fastfood restaurant in Grove City and maybe the worst Arby's I have ever tried to patronize. I have now attempted to eat there 3 times. The first 2, no roast beef. Really? Its what the place is called for christ sake! They were also out of curly fries and the shake machine was broken. The kids rattled off 3 or 4 other things they were unable to provide. Tonight was strike 3. I even called to ask what they didn't have tonight bed I attempted my visit. Tonight, the shake machine is still broken and no curly fries. But they did have beef! I headed over there and went inside so there was no confusion when I presented my family dinner coupon. Well, I stood there for several minutes while 6 people behind the counter were trying in vain to expedite an order or 2. There were 6+ checks in que waiting to be started. No one bother to say a word to me but the little girl working the drive thru window made eye contact several times. No words though.Strike three.If I want Arby's, I'll just stop at the restaurant in Upper Arlington after work. They never disappoint.Good luck Grove City.
Not a good experience, Went in to get fish sandwiches, What we got was fish that had been cooked quite a while before we came in. It was not hot and was dried out and chewy. Terrible fish and not anything like we have had at other Arby's. We both got fries and they were fair at best. Seems they had set a while also. Will not be back to this one.
This was 1 of my favorite place as a kid. It is not the same place. The floor hadn't been moped for what seemed like a week. Several lights needed replaced and were blinking. This could easily result in a medical issue for several different reasons. Thankfully, the employees were still polite which made it bareable. We however will not be back for some time.
The food is good if made fresh because a lot of the times the food is cold but my biggest issue is they were out of ROAST BEEF ???♀️??♀️ 2-Times in the last month ??♀️??♀️ it blows my mind ??
Bread was falling apart, forgot our fries, milk shake started 2 melt because they forgot our straws. Staff was just standing around
My medium fry was only 60% full, the double roast beef was a bit light on the meat and I didn't get the sauce to my nuggets. Before that, I tried to go a week ago around 8p and they claimed to be out of meat...As a voice of experience[as crew and management] , it's not just a single chain that's guilty of this. What most issues stim from one of three things; 1)Poor management, (2) Lack of [proper] training. Most new hires are just thrown at the table and told to look a half missing/out of date sticker on the table and/or the employee(s) just don't care[along with management]
I live close to this location so it's convenient but if I don't specifically request that my food be made correctly, it literally never is. Bacon is an especially big problem at this location. Does someone stand in the back and eat it all and then not have enough for orders? This is supposed to be a chicken bacon swiss with no tomato. At least I got one piece of bacon this time. No lettuce though. Literally not one other car at the restaurant while I was there so it's not like they were busy.
They don’t have the meats at this Arby’s. You get a spoonful of meat on a large bun. Everything was like this at my most recent visit. I called in and told them and they wouldn’t do anything about it. There are plenty of other places to go around town. Don’t waste your money here, unless you like big buns with little meat.

went to our Grove City Oh location 4 days ago. We tried ordering the new wings and fries. They said they had no sauces for the wing's BUT we could get a order the 9pcs w/dipping sauce. Then today we tried ordering 2 Chicken bacon swiss sandwiches. NO CHICKEN! what is going on Arby's? A concern Arby's FAN!
