Our server thought she was good enough to take our orders without writing them down but she wasn't. Service was slow. I ordered a pip and was brought out a water. When I did get my pip it was nasty. I ordered cheese bites and never received them. One person in our party ordered waffle fries and a blondie. When her order came out there was something green on the plate. Nothing should have been green. The waitress handed it to the manager. A few minutes later the waitress brought the same plate with the same blondie on it. You can see that scraped the green stuff off instead of making a new. Another person in our party got burnt from a hot plate. The waitress handed it to her then said oh the plate is hot. To late she was already burnt. No apology or anything.
I order takes out from here after a long day a couple times a month. 9 out of 10 times it's exactly what I expect. Every now and then I get something weird like raw broccoli instead of steamed, the stump of a head of romaine instead of a salad or a cup of milk but you get what you pay for and I don't expect them to be trained chefs so.?♀️
2 for $20 suddenly became 2 for $30. Should be 2 for zero. Mediocre food quality at best. Mashed potatoes so dry with and entire bottle of garlic. Steak was no better than greasy hamburger. Waste of money. Beware
Was celebrating my daughter 17th birthday party the waitress was amazing the whole staff at Applebee's did a great job I appreciate them so much and they sang to her and gave her like a little brownie ice cream fudge cake
Picked up a car side to go order this evening. 6oz sirloin with mash potatoes and broccoli, Quesadilla burger with fries, and some boneless wings. Burger was raw, steak was suppose to medium rare, It was very well done. Ordered a side of ranch which wasn’t there. The side of broccoli was literally 6 small pieces of broccoli that be was barely cooked. Yeah won’t be going back.
The worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Took an hour to be seated, an hour for our food to come out with half of it missing or messed up and there wasn’t even many customers there. The food tasted old as hell, the waitress kept walking away from us while we were mid sentence talking to her, I had to go find someone myself just to get a refill.
Great Place to Grab Food and Drinks. My Server Mickinzy was Really Nice and made Sure Everything came out Good The Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp was Amazing The Food was Great Highly recommend.
Had the sirloin steak dinner with broccoli and fries. The broccoli was good. The steak was like chewing on rubber and the fries didn't taste freshly made. Was not worth the money I wasted on this meal. Low quality meat.?
Ordered a Togo order and did not get it for over 30 minutes after (2:35) our expected arrival time(2:08). We even went inside and asked multiple people who passed it to someone else. We spoke with Pam, a manager who wasn’t very nice. We understand that things get busy at a restaurant but no one would talk to us and she was just overall rude when she did. I would have understood if she told us that she was busy or there was a mistake! Life happens! But, her being rude was unprofessional and we should have been given a longer pick up time instead of us having to wait and then get cold food!
Usually a good place to eat however the person seating is was not the friendly and the waitress took a long time and didn't check on us that much.
