EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this location, the co workers have a severe attitude problem. To try and make things a little easier on both parts, I put in a large mobile order, and when I tried to let them know that I was there, the website didn't work and the lobby was locked, so I called to let them know I was there and the website wasn't working, she "WENT OFF ON ME" and said "I ain't running anything outside, I hv 2 people here and I ain't runnin outside" NOT, "I'm sorry sir, but we're very short handed and I'm going to hv to ask u to utilize our drive thru" just ALWAYS SO RUDE at THIS location. This location's WILL close soon, I can bet on it. UPDATE: ALL our food was cold and soggy, we had to ask for fresh fries, one of the meals Chicken club sandwich was made COMPLETELY wrong and both the frosty's we're cold milk. DONT have yr mobile ordering up and running if yr going to close the lobby and make yr customers wait on a long line for their food.
One of the worst locations I've ever been to. Very inconsistent and food is always recooked and dry. Never personalized when ask for no tomato etc. Unfortunately this is my most convenient location but have been let down time after time and again. Love wendys but unfortunate I have to avoid this location. I'll drive further to find the wendys way. Needs new management
Food took an average amount of time to come out, but that was most likely because of the dinner rush. Didn't put that many fries in my large fry.
Lunch with the grandson with our typical meal and of course frosties to dip fries into. Good people and food.
I’m here right now and no one is answering the speaker it’s 6:40 am so I don’t know what’s going on here maybe they opened late but there is always something going on here and I’m tired of it it’s not just this they always mess up My orders. Anyway I’ve waited 10 minutes and still no answer so ?♀️
Compared to most fast food places Wendy's has the best salads. I always get alittle nervous ordering salad from a drive through, especially one that has avacodo because there's a good chance the avacodo will be overly rip or the lettace will be wilted and slimmy. However, This Wendy's location offered the southwest avacodo salad in perfect condition!

This Wendy's is consistently good at getting my order correct the first time. On a couple of occasions when they got the order wrong they corrected it quickly with no hassle.
As others have commented, I too feel like this location has collapsed in just 2 years. This location used to have students from New Albany and Gahanna who were very polite and pleasant.Now the people working here look at you like they hate you and want to jump through the window and fight. We will not go to this location any longer as the order's have been incorrect, and when you complain you get nasty attitudes and looks. One girl even used a slur under her breath but we let that slide.
The managers and staff of the neighborhood Wendy's are excellent! Food has been consistently great too!
