Gone a few times in hopes of giving this location a fair chance. Order wrong every time. Staff is unprofessional and rude when trying to convey an order is incorrect. They say management isn’t available to talk to. Very disappointing.
They were out of sausage and bacon and 8:30 am. Product ordering mistakes happen, not a huge deal. But the employee in the drive through sounded so mad and frustrated. Then when I pulled up to get my cold brew, she handed me a tea. I said is this cold brew, and she rolled her eyes and said yes. I had just waited for 10-15 minutes in the drive thru so I just wanted to leave.
Drive thru took 20mins to get through and once your in line, you are physically unable to leave.UPDATE: I believe in 2nd chances. Unfortunately, 2nd time proved how consistently mismanaged this location is.
So far my experience has been fairly disappointing at this location. Not sure if it’s because management/owner is really cutting back on the amount of product they allow the employees to prepare (to reduce waste), they order limited supplies to save money, or the employees stop preparing stuff at a certain time. But something in the service chain is broken at this location.
Just want and they had very few donuts, including no sprinkles. The man heard us trying to figure out what to get out kids who had been excited about sprinkle donuts and offered to dip some in chocolate and sprinkles for us. Awesome customer service - thanks so much!
Very tasty- when they have food? Went through the drive through on November 18th at 3:00 and they literally were out of chai tea and ALL TimBits. All. Then took 5 minutes to get the order right at the pickup window. Came through again today, Monday 12/20. Man in drive through couldn’t comprehend we were ordering separate items. Had no peppermint flavoring.
They’re not even open for people to come in so they are doing one order at a time in the drive-through lane and they completely got my order wrong. I don’t know how I order six chocolate Timbet’s, it shows up as chocolate Timbet’s and then they give me a completely different flavor. And they are moving very slowly while doing it. There’s nobody inside of the restaurant. Incompetent.
I ordered a number 11 after waiting a while in the Drive-Thru. I pulled up to the window and was handed a wrap in the container with some napkins and my drink. No bag, no side. I asked if this was a meal or just the wrap. The person said oh you wanted the meal. I ordered a number 11. So they gave me a hash brown again no bag. I looked at my receipt. They charged me for each item separately so I ended up paying more. So much for a meal deal.I ordered the same thing today. Got the same response. I ordered a number 11 they just gave me the wrap and a drink. They also charged me more. When I confronted the cashier about it she cursed at me. Completely unprofessional.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I never leave reviews, but I have been disappointed at this location many times. Mistakes on my orders, disgusting iced Capps and awful customer service each and every time. Do not go here
Usually just get a drink here's nothing more. Service is not great. Never polite, never friendly. I've actually tried to contact corporate about this location before and have never gotten a response. After the 4th poor interaction in a row in the span of 2 months, I refuse to go here. I still have 2 stars because the drink itself was good 3/4 times.
