Tim Hortons cannot toast a bagel if their lives depended on it. Clearly it doesn't matter which location or state, Buffalo and Columbus both fail. And if you ask them to run it through their toaster twice, it will come out burnt. Staff was very friendly and this location had extra touches of hockey which was great. But the coffee wasn't up to snuff.

Don’t waste your money! The staff is extremely rude and don’t take correct orders. Don’t waste your money. Go to Starbucks or honestly gas station coffee is better than this!
Breakfast sandwich was served with cold old egg. I did not finish it... disappointed
The store Manager Forest saved the day for me. He not only resolved an issue that ai had with an incorrect order from another location, he also resolved misinformation given by a cashier at his location. I was so satisfied that i placed another order at this store.Thanks Forest!

Drive thru is always fast.
Ordered online and when i came to pick up order during business hours a hand written sign was on the speaker stating closed. After several calls and emails with tim hortons support, no refund and no contact from location.
Quick for the drive thru in the morning!
They are on it in the drive thru...even if im running late and i can go through and get my stuff quick and its always correct except sometimes soemone cant make applefritters under cooked and way too much icing
