HORRIBLE SERVICE! They Only Take 1 Car At A Time(Even With 12 Cars In Line) Dining Room Hardly Ever Open & If It Is You Will NOT Find A Clean Table. Anyways After 30min In The Drive Thru While They Took 1 Car(Oder) At Time Still Managed To Screw My Order All Up! The Store Manger, Area Manger Clearly Don't Care & Are Completely Fine With All This Because It Never Ever Improves Or Changes. Don't Bother With The 800 Number On The Reciept Cuz Thatsl Gets U Nowhere!!! EAT ANYWHERE ELSE

My food was actually right yall! Nachos Bell Grande meal is what I ordered. Young lady working the register was super nice! Just know what you want when you order, BE KIND, and don't haggle with the staff when you have to pay extra for extras (toppings, etc)!!!
This location is the one to go to in Gahanna. Skip south Hamilton they are either closed or just won't answer in the drive through. Stoneridge is on top of their game. The orders are always correct ?
My food was actually okay cuz I ate chicken, but my friend had beef and it smelled somewhat like bleach and he said it tastes like bleach also. We will never go to that Taco Bell ever again.
They close whenever they feel like, can be 8:30pm with a line of customers and the excuse is "well was the light on?" Guess what the light is never on, never seen it on even once probably broke. Also I've never gotten a sauce packet in my bag either which is almost hilarious because even if I forget to ask for sauce they will ask me!!!! And then not put any in the bag!!! Horrible place.
Worst customer service!! The Mail on the speaker told me they were closed. Then proceeded to call me the B word because I asked a simple question as to when they were going to be back open and why they were closed and he said it was none of my business B#*%*
Terrible service. I went on a Wednesday night around 9pm and the line moved extremely slow (website says they close at 1 am). I should have just gone to the Wendy’s across the street since that line was at least moving but I was stuck in this line. I went to this location instead of the new Albany location. I made I mistake. I will never come here again.
The Taco Bell in Gahanna and the tear the Taco Bell on Morse Road are very good and clean and have an amazing crew working there the food is always good and I never miss anything but I always get my full order
