Most friendly service out of any fast food restaurant around!
I’m not gonna lie, there have been times where I wasn’t crazy about the service. But today I was in and out super quick, and the food was great. Some great people working at this location. :)
I've been through the drive through 3 times in that last week when I'm off work and on my way home. It was only 915ish all of those times and every single time i stop im told im sorry our systems are down right now we can't take orders. This to me is unacceptable. Its clear the team on shift at that time doesn't wanna work so they're just saying that. Driving on through you can see the screens are up and running just fine. I worked at taco bell years ago so i know the routine. This is truly BS.
sat outside and waited for them to open at 9… even called to see when they’d open and the woman who picked up said 9:10. They didn’t actually open until 9:25 at which point we left . We won’t be giving our money to this Taco Bell.
I would love to give this place a rating again this year I went through in the middle of my order they cut me off at the window and then as I pulled up I asked for sauce for my tacos after the guy was very rude and just shoved stuff out the window still just a one star this year again
I ordered thru Grubhub. Kept getting messages saying my order was delayed. The delivery lady called me and said they did not have a order for me. I called them phone rang 50 times. They would not answer. I tried to talk to taco bell thru the delivery ladies phone. Taco Bell said they were not allowed to talk to me. That is BS. I called Corporate office and complained. I will never go to them again.
I only use the drive thru here, but they're fast & tend to get the order right more often than not.
They pretend the system is down and block the drive thru all the time. Whoever owns the store needs to either stop this or change the hours of operation. Don't waste your time.
The staff was quick and friendly and left a quick drawing on my box! :) This made my day!
Obetz and Canal Winchester Taco Bell locations need to get training on how to prepare for from this Gahanna location. My order was perfect. Yeah weird to say for a Taco Bell. Food was hot, portion side was good and I didn't mind paying close to $8.00 for my meal. I opened up the chessy gordita crunch I ordered and the lettuce and cheese fell in. It was full though.
