Guys this place is still closed as hell ?. They said they’d be open by April and we are well into June lmao great food though can’t wait till they actually open again ?
This place is closed! I don’t know if permanently or temporarily for renovations but they are listed as open for business on Google. Their website also states they are now open for dine in. I made the 30 minute drive from my home just for this place. Upon calling their number, a message states that they are closed for renovations until April 5th but it is now May. They just need to update their business hours and website to not mislead other customers.
I want to say it breaks my heart not to give them 5 stars because I LOVE SUPER CHEFS. Been a fan since day one. But today made me SO ANGRY. I work in Dublin, and I know the location is about 25 mins out of my way so I tried to place a carry out order over the phone, but it went straight to a voice message that said “We’re here, we’re busy, keep calling to place your carry out order….”So I call 4 more times, same thing, I look on the website and see they’re open for dine in so I go “fine, I’ll just order and dine in when I get there”. Well to my surprise THEY AREN'T OPEN AT ALL! They’re closed for renovations…I DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM DUBLIN FOR NOTHING! I’M STARVING AND PREGNANT! I could’ve scream!This review is in hopes that the owner will see it and begin to have transparency with their customers because this isn’t the first review like this. Your restaurant is highly loved and supported but don’t miss treated us customers because you fear we won’t come back if you’re temporarily closed, we’d understand! But if you keep this up, then we won’t.
I didn’t eat here today, but I wanted to. I have heard great things. The reason for 3 stars is that the website says “now open for dine in”, but they are in fact not. I knew they were carry-out only during the first part of the pandemic, but when I saw the website I was hopeful to take my family there. We walked in and had to walk straight as they are still carry-out only. We went somewhere else .Customers, make sure you call ahead.Management&Owners, please update your website.
Sadly they are take out only right now. Poor time to be take out only with the Marvel exhibit at COSI. I didn’t find anywhere indicating this online. Nice little surprise after we arrived. This restaurant could have saved me and others the drive by updating their social media to indicate their only option was to consume their food out of a take out container. Super bummed kids.
The food was super awesome but the experience was a disaster. Website says they are open for dine in. Tried to call to see the wait times, went to voicemail immediately. Showed up to find they they were only doing take out. Less than ideal, since we had already traveled 25 minutes to get there and had a hangry 5 year old in tow. Had to wat for my food, which is to be expected. Drive over to a park to eat, but found out they didn't bother to give us utensils for a carry out order. Ended up having to drive back home another 25 minutes to eat cold food.Be better about communication with your customers.
Would love to vote this place 5 stars but we never got a chance to eat here because turns out they're closed on Fridays and Saturdays. You need to clearly communicate your hours on your website, Google, or social media if you're going to hold odd hours. Very disappointed!
Ordered for Pickup and had the Cinnamon Roast Waffles and the Bacon Breakfast sandwich. Absolute loved it! The super hero themed menu options are awesome as well. Definitely will be ordering from here again!
Absolutely FURIOUS with this restaurant. We drove over an hour to eat here for breakfast on Saturday morning, only for them to be closed. If you are going to be closed, then update your hours on your website and Facebook page. VERY poor way to run a business!!
I arrived at 3:20 pm on January 5th I was told that you guys were closed the door was open and lights were on also the times on the door said you guys are closed
